The Dome On Nisqualli - Hall Conference Room

The Dome On Nisqualli

I recently visited The Dome on Nisqualli for a private meeting and was happily surprised by the…read morecontemporary facility. The parking lot is very small, and the entrance is narrow. Keep an eye out for it, as the turn-in comes up quickly once you turn right from the street. It's immediately following a traffic light. Since I arrived at night, I couldn't tell whether there was additional parking in the back, but the initial lot is tight, only allowing about 3 or 4 cars. The architecture is unique, and the interior is all-white, quiet, and well-maintained. There is a pedestal sign at the entrance directing you to the rooms. While this is functional, a more modern or clearer directory better matches the building's contemporary vibe. We used a spacious room that featured frosted glass doors for privacy. It was equipped with several chairs, folding tables, and a TV with laptop connectivity--perfect for presentations or board meetings. There was even a countertop area for snacks and coffee. Overall, the space was clean and provided security (there are cameras in the rooms). I would rent here for a meeting, provided the small parking situation isn't an issue for a larger group.

Today, with less than an hour before an important Zoom client meeting, I scrambled to find a quiet, professional space in Victorville and stumbled upon The Dome at the last second. Kurt, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in with a private suite just in time. The WiFi worked perfectly, the space was quiet and comfortable, there were plenty of outlets for my devices, and my meeting went off without a hitch. The hospitality was genuinely wonderful, and it's been tough to find an affordable, reliable place like this up here, so I'll definitely be coming back. If you're a freelancer or remote worker in the High Desert looking for a private workspace with great WiFi and reasonable pricing, The Dome is absolutely worth considering.

I couldn't pick up my mail and package (I only have mail service) and wasted my time since I drove to pick up mail to find them closed. I was upset, but they couldn't care less. Lacking customer service and simple courtesy, I recommend going somewhere else. They don't operate professionally and don't care whether they do or not. I asked the staff member in charge why they closed without notifications since it was a working day. I was expecting an apology, but she just stared without attempting to explain or apologize. I knew she would be stubborn and avoid apologizing, but I wanted her to show me how unprofessional and petty they can be, and she sure showed it. The behavior is unprofessional, to say the least, arrogant, and toxic. I cannot do business with a company that disregards the importance of customer service and courtesy to keep us in business. The manager, Sarah Lopez, has yet to reach out to explain. The manager was aware of the complaint, even though she had auto-replied that she was on vacation and unable to read emails. However, her staff told me that she was aware of the emails and did not try to fix the situation. Do you want to deal with this as we start a new year? I certainly do not. As a small business needing backup support, we cannot afford this attitude and lack of professionalism. I am reasonable, but they are not. They want you to accept their toxic behaviors and deal with it. If this is the kind of service you want and pay for, then take a risk with them. I closed the account.

Sarah does an excellent job running this place. The ladies in the front are pretty friendly and…read morethorough as well. If you're looking for a virtual/day office, or a full-time office, you won't find a better location and value in all of Rancho Cucamonga than Premier Workspaces.
