I can't even describe how unprofessional and mean-spirited driver Frank Fakhimi was by repeating a private telephone conversation I had with my wife to a potential employer. As a result, his misrepresentation and misinformation had a negative impact on my candidacy for employment. Tells you something about the employer as well! Lesson learned is that privacy is not respected by this Limo Service. I'll be sure to warn others by providing numerous online reviews describing Star's horrendous service and unprofessional behavior.

I started taking Desert Snow Connection a few years ago and it has changed everything for me. Since I discovered this company, I'm skiing more than I ever have each season. Basically they pick you up on a nice bus at 5am in either Mesa or Phoenix and take you directly to Snowbowl and back (2.5 hours one way). You get back to the Valley around 8pm. There is storage space under the bus for your snow gear, WiFi on the bus and outlets at your seat to charge your phone. DSC does trips daily after Christmas until the season is over. Tickets are usually around $100 and includes transportation and your lift pass (which are handed to you on the bus when you arrive at Snowbowl). They also offer transportation only if you are a season ticket holder. It's an awesome deal and saves you the wear and tear on your vehicle to drive up the mountain and back. Plus you can take a nap on the way back after a long day of shredding. They will make a quick stop at a rest stop for a bathroom break. Seating is first come, first serve. So make sure you arrive at pick-up on time. DSC also does a few out-of-state trips to places like Purgatory and Big Bear. Check out their website for dates. Check them out at the annual winter Ski Pro Avalanche Sale for discounted multi-trip package deals.

Always on time, nicer, clean, newer vehicles are always sent out. The drivers are so personable even at 3:30 A.M! You call their main number and set up your rides. I believe the ride to Sky Harbor is a flat fee. When you call, be sure to have your flight information as they send out the drivers pending the status of your flight. You get text confirmations and alerts to tell you exactly what your driver is driving, name, and license plate # and his personal cell in case you need to reach them directly. The reasons we continue to use Desert Knights is simply because they are punctual. I'm all for using other, inexpensive ride services. Although something about calling those companies to come pick you up at the ass crack of dawn for an international flight makes us super nervous!! Desert Knights has never failed us, something about their more mature (read older gentlemen) drivers makes us feel more comfortable in booking with them for such flights.
