I called today to book another appointment and they said we will no longer be booking appointments for our daughter and plan on sending us a fine for missed appointments. So this dental office would have preferred we leave our son in the NICU to make an appointment? This dental office would have preferred our daughter bring Covid to your office? We could have but we did the respectable thing and didn't bring Covid to your office. You're welcome :). So instead of being a respectable organization and dental office and understanding life challenges they put their needs ahead of others. I knew I needed a filling and they had it done in under an hour. The dentist was very kind and talked me through every step of the procedure which is not a very common practice.
