We highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. We have not been impressed by their service and how they handle situations. We took our daughter to this facility once before and have tried to take her back but due to unforeseen and unexpected circumstances in our personal life that prevented her from attending, we decided to wait to rebooked. We called today but this office was so rude, disrespectful today and pointed out that they will not be seeing our daughter again because of two rescheduled/cancelled appointments. One appointment was rescheduled because our son was born premature and was in the NICU in Abbotsford and we were spending a ton of time at the hospital with a baby who was weeks upon weeks early and needed all hands on deck. We rescheduled our appointment and they (dental office) rescheduled on us and changed the dates, time etc, we accommodated their requests, and unfortunately on the day and time of their rebooking our daughter got Covid. I asked the office to reschedule the appointment and they never called, never emailed, never responded. I left voicemails, emailed twice and no response. Very poor customer service. I called today to book another appointment and they said we will no longer be booking appointments for our daughter and plan on sending us a fine for missed appointments. So this dental office would have preferred we leave our son in the NICU to make an appointment? This dental office would have preferred our daughter bring Covid to your office? We could have but we did the respectable thing and didn't bring Covid to your office. You're welcome :). So instead of being a respectable organization and dental office and understanding life challenges they put their needs ahead of others. The most frustrating thing is both appointments were cancelled and attempted to be rescheduled vs being a complete no show. You'd think they would appreciate and respect we did this vs just simply not showing up. Lots of other options out there. I would not recommend this office. read more

This has been our dental office for years. They aren't great with working with children and what tipped me over the iceberg and made me finally switch is when I called to verify my appointment for that day and they said my whole family's account had been deactivated. The receptionist further told me that the only way that can happen is if I do it. Well, we all had followups, so I definitely didn't do it. So they deactivated our account without our permission and now they will lose our business. I found the receptionists very pushy about appointments anyways. I guess I am relieved to finally be out of there! I do not recommend to anyone. read more

I'm sorry these other people have had bad experiences with this dental practise but I just switched from another chilliwack office and am super happy about it. Dr Yo is young and uses more to date technology, which I found odd at first.. Magnify glasses to see the tooth he's working on more clearly? Hell yes! No more dental dam? Thank freaken gawd. I can chew on my right side now and my boy isn't complaining about a sore tooth. Best part is he saved us a fortune cuz the last asshole dentists we were at was always saying ROOT CANAL and then Dr Yo says, we can prevent that... Love him. And love that he pulls out his Android to show us in more detail about what he's talking about.. Jesus, thought I knew how to brush my teeth!? Lol! Made me realize, older isn't always wiser. read more

I wish I'd never gone to this office.High staff turnover ,shoddy dental work, and the owner is a deceitful money grubber. I was left stranded after a previous dentist there (Shelly Khosla) performed shoddy crown work . The owner lied to me that he was going to pay for the new crowns when in reality they were being remade at no charge. I paid for all repair work only to find out from another dentist that I went to for a second opinion that Dr Kim was cutting corners and not doing the repair work properly. Please folks do yourselves' a favour and avoid this office! read more

Teeth now need major restoration work because of work done by a dentist here.No compassion, I was charged for all the repair work. Go somewhere you will get good care and be treated like a human being and not a ATM. read more
