Ron was great at getting me a quote right away and scheduling the install of my new kitchen countertop within one week, whereas other granite companies were 3 and 4 weeks out on their earliest available installation. He was great at setting expectations and communicating updates throughout the entire process. Francisco who leads the installation was also awesome at managing the details and expectations. It was very refreshing to have such a seamless, stress-free experience while paying less than other companies quoted. If you have a chance to work with New Vision, jump on it. I initially went to a big box store and purchased my countertops, but was unhappy with the selection and when they cancelled my order with no explanation, it felt fortuitous. My cabinets were due in but I had no countertops! My contractor recommended this company. I met with a designer on Saturday and he helped me choose the perfect counters at my home, and he brought dozens of samples! We chose a lovely creamy quartz. Now comes the best part, he did such a quick turnaround that the countertops were installed [flawlessly] on Tuesday! They look even better than I could have imagined. Everyone loves them, and they complement the room perfectly. Instead of a cramped dingy 70s kitchen I have a bright airy modern space. Many thanks to the hardworking team at New Vision Granite for their pride in craftsmanship and efficiency.

Steve and his crew are professionals, polit, and all about customer service. They are GREAT! They do their work with honesty and integrity. It is good just to hand my insurance claim to someone like Steve who will take care of everything. For the third time, he did absolutely everything we agreed on and more. I asked him to plug the woodpecker holes on my siding, before they painted it. They actually plugged the woodpecker wholes, and all the other small holes that formed on my old wood siding. Thank you, and I'll see after the next hailstorm :)

Do not let these people near your windows! Grant Needham was the contractor with whom I first…read morespoke, and after a plethora of failings, he was fired by Capeesh. I was left communicating with the local owner, Lucas, who either has absolutely no idea how to frame and finish windows, or felt I could be easily taken advantage of. I am left with a nightmare that I will have to fix MYSELF on my own dime, which can not be actually fixed to perfection save ripping out his work and starting over. I am SO angry with the way this company treated me, and the absolute shoddiness of their work. COMPLAINTS: Was given standard '2 week' time frame. Order was never processed, 6 week delay. Windows and door at last arrive. WRONG WINDOWS. WRONG brand, WRONG size. WRONG DOOR. DELAY. I allowed (why, I do not know) for the incorrect windows to be installed, and was left with the interior of my bedroom entirely unfinished. No insulation, no drywall, nothing but air from outside. They looked at me in disbelief that yes, I expected them to actually finish the interior. I was told they would not treat the new wall to match the pre-existing one, and I would have to do it myself. LATE to EVERY window job. LATE "finishing" the botched interior, causing me to be late to an appointment. The new wall and the existing now have a ridge between the two that can not be sanded away, and can not be re-spackled over effectively enough to blend the two. Entirely unprofessional, entirely irresponsible. STAY AWAY!

They were wonderful to work with and flexible with some minor adjustments that we made along the way. Jerry also provides plumbing, tile and other handyman activities, although we did not require these services. We would highly recommend Cabral's Remodeling and Jerry to anyone considering any type of home improvement as he provided great customer service, was very pleasant to work with, and provide great value. If I could give these guys a zero rating, I would. The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred…read moreto us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.
