They have done amazing in accommodating our schedule with notice and with extremely short notice. The team will notify you after every visit and if you request they also upload photos and let you know how everything went. There was one time that they went above and beyond to help take care of one of our kitties who was injured in a fight with another one of our kitties. There was no way that we could make it back to town. They assisted with getting our kitty to and from the vet and then helping with keeping him separated from the others. The whole time keeping us updated on how he was doing and healing. They really are an amazing group! I highly recommend them

I schedule them to come 3 times a day and request an update at each visit. They go so far above and beyond what I expected. After EVERY visit I get a photoshoot of my pugs and kitty, and the pictures are so amazing. My husband and I end up laughing out loud constantly! I've hired them for weekend trips, a full week, and twelve days this last time and everything always goes great. Tammy has also helped me out in a pinch multiple times and done last minute visits when travel plans go differently than planned. A one year old, very shy, skittish dog who was not comfortable with other dogs was taken on a hike OFF LEASH. I have nothing against off leash hiking, but this woman had NO business having someone else's dog off-leash in an area unfamiliar to him, Especially when, in her own words, the dogs was "Special needs". The dog got spooked by something and bolted. He was wearing a harness with a short leash attached. In this heavily wooded area he could have easily gotten caught on a branch and would never have been found. He was missing for SEVEN days! This One Year Old Puppy had to fend for himself for Seven days! I could just vomit thinking about it.
