I had a very good experience with Marco. We have a metal front gate whose electric mechanisms were…read moreall shot and outdated. The gate itself is older, but basically fine. He did everything we had agreed on and a little more. For instance, he thought it would be a good idea to extend the existing keypad arm a little further for convenience. It was his idea to make it better and additional cost to himself and beyond what was required. He also adapted his schedule to mine, which I appreciate. I would gladly do business with Marco again.

He was very fast, and very reasonable. As the home owner, it's ok for me to do the install, so long as the system is engineered. Using Eric, and doing the work myself saved me a pile of money. His drawings were clear enough that I understood them easily, even though I'd never installed sprinklers before. His designs passed the fire marshalls muster easily. He returned emails promptly, answered all my questions, and quickly provided additional documentation as it became needed (without an additional charge). 5 stars for sure.

"Awesome" best describes the stump grinding work performed by Logan and Shawn of Deep Roots Stump…read moreGrinding. They came over to inspect the three large pine tree stumps to be removed, gave me a reasonable price, showed up on time to take on the task, and thoroughly cleaned up the debris. Not only did the guys carefully grind down the stumps so as not to disturb any irrigation and electrical cables nearby, they also removed the enormous roots fanning out from the stumps. When I asked Logan about another stump that needed to be lowered, he pulled out his chain saw and reduced the stump to ground level for no additional charge. Professional, efficient, and friendly. Without hesitation, I would hire Deep Roots Stump Grinding for any future work.

Don, Sergio and Justin were the best hardest working crew ever!…read moreNot only did they work fast and efficiently, they were stellar humans who we enjoyed working with. My parents moved out of their 4000 plus square foot house they had lived in for almost 40 years. They spent their life collecting art and antiques. Many of the items were difficult to move and very precious to them. The boys showed up, worked quickly and carefully asking pertinent questions and gave us confidence that they understood how to handle their pieces. The entire experience was beyond expectation. Not sure if you can request a particular crew, but if you can, ask for these gentlemen. You won't be disappointed! Worth every penny spent. Great value for the effort put out.

Their prices are very competitive and we've had nothing but good experiences. This AMAZING trio, including BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO pulled up their sleeves and went right to work and never stopped all day except to throw down a sandwich for lunch. It was 98° that day but nothing slowed them down. We were quite impressed. Besides just moving in/out, upon our request they moved a few pieces here and there until we were happy when the furniture fit. The trio was very courteous, efficient and kind. Their wittiness made the move much more pleasant and the day(s) seemed to go by faster. We consider BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO as assets to Ernies. They were definitely the "A" TEAM!!

We had received several estimates from contractors but decided to go with Jerry Fillmer's company as their bid was nearly 50% lower. Whereas, most of these competitors indicated that their sealer would likely not hide the light colored quartz aggregate that was inherent in our driveway, the Steel Guard 60 sealer used by Jerry Fillmer completely covered the quartz! Janet's guys did a really professional job leaving an even coat with no brush marks or streaking! Although I had filled in the cracks myself with Sikaflex asphalt sealant a couple of weeks prior to the job, the interface of my driveway and the main road still had an exposed crack that Janet had her guys fill in without charging me extra! I will definitely be calling Janet for resealing our driveway in the future!
