I was very pleased with their help and concern at the time of my need, But other from that their billing department is very rude I get notes on my bills every Month stating that they have been more than patient and fair with the account. We call and tell them that at this time with everything going on in the world that there's just no extra money coming in for the outstanding bill at this moment to be just a little more patient and they are rude. I know that everyone is struggling right now but you would think that they would be a little nicer to there patients who are trying to get by with no income coming in at the moment. Sincerely, Very disappointed with the billing department. read more

No one in this office wears masks! I don't see how they can call themselves health professionals. They had no Covid-19 policy what so ever and seemed not to care. I told them I wasn't comfortable with them not wearing masks. The chiropractor told me that "as long as no one is sick and we are keeping our distance." How can you keep your distance when you are adjusting my neck? I have to wonder, what part of "airborne" do you not understand? Have they ever heard of the term "asyptomatic"? I said, "If you aren't wearing a mask, I'm not coming in." They made no effort to mask up for me, so I left. I live in Walker, MI. Sadly, I no longer live in Portland, OR. read more
