Our car broke down on a Saturday night and Ricardo reached out to us as soon as they opened on Monday morning just to let us know what was going on. Not only did they fix the car in less than 48 hours because it was an emergency, but then they held it for me until I could figure out how to get back there to pick it up. I cannot thank them enough, and Ricardo was great. He was super helpful, very pleasant, and took the time to explain absolutely everything. We just drove home to New Jersey and I couldn't be happier(unless it never happened lol)
