Four out of five stars. Our technician, Hunter, did a great job. He was very thorough and…read moremeticulous. The only reason I cannot give Metro a fifth star is because I have used similar companies twice before (at other properties) and in both instances, the service was 100% turnkey ... eliminate the pest, seal any entires, clean and disinfect. Unfortunately, perhaps because of my expectations from experience past, I was very disappointed to learn that after spending $1600 to remove a single rat, clean up and disinfecting is considered a "separate job," as explained to me by their salesperson. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Metro, but I would advise any potential customers that A. they're quite pricey; and B. Make no assumptions as to what services you are purchasing.

I heard some noises and called my contractor and he's the one that connected me with Hansen's. After texting with Darion, I was worried about the squirrel being up there and trying to get out. He showed up in a couple of hours and was able to set a trap to catch any squirrels that might be hiding out up there. After setting the trap, he left to go work on another job and within 30 minutes we heard a rustling upstairs in the attic. I confirmed that we had a squirrel caught in the trap and he came back right away to remove it from the property. He also set another trap and left it in the attic over the weekend to make sure there weren't any other rodents hiding out in my attic. Darion was quick and professional with his service and while he was here, he was even able to let me know ways that I could secure other parts of my property to ensure rodents aren't able to get in.
