We did a full kitchen renovation and all the new tiles are turning brown because the kitchen is filling up with smoke from our char broiler. I called the owner of ABT Fire and asked him to come down and see for himself, needless to say he never came down. I had to call in another company and have them fix the hood for an additional $1000.00 dollars and they fixed the grid for $200.00. They said the fan was mounted too high so they put sides on the hood to capture the smoke and they replaced the fan and what do you know it works now.
