I was referred to them by several people and I can't agree more. This is the best gun service shop I've used. I'm a professional firearms instructor so I'm not new to shooting. I am currently talking with their support on charges for the top teir membership for months which they never linked to my email/online account. When I logged on, it said I had no membership and there was no way to cancel. So I assumed that there was no membership. Now they are denying a refund for the membership charges for 5 months eventhough it was RangeUSA error. Thankfully I have full screen caps of my portal saying no membership, email strings with their support saying they wont fix the problem and their policy saying that The only way to cancel a membership is online through my account portal.
