He's ticked off that I did not see his message, and while on the phone, says, "Next time, shut your fu***** alarm off before opening the door." And proceeds to tell the person he's talking to that I seemed like he was bothering me, but I never gave that impression. Then smiles when I come around, after talking crap behind my back, saying, "Thank you, sir." But he talked crap while I was away getting the bag; I guess he didn't notice the doorbell. I would have left it on the porch if he had called, but I wasn't going to have it sitting there for two weeks for them to get their stuff together. They never answered our phone calls to let us know when the work was supposed to be done. They showed up, unannounced, one day to do the work. After working all day, the technician told us that the work was not complete because he was short of supplies -- that he would order the short supplies and return to finish the job later in the week. He then told us that the gutters should have been replaced, rather than covered, and he agreed that we had been screwed by the person that did the estimate. I called them that day and left a message that I wanted to discuss this. I have never received a response. The technician has not returned since.
