This company has the best costumer service I have ever experienced. On the initial visit, a nice…read moregentleman gave us a quote and said it would be $300 for them to bomb our kitchen for cockroaches, the process should take about 60-90 minutes. Then the service day came and they said they were out of a product and were only here for 20 minutes. I complained and was contacted by the regional manager Billy, who was very understanding and friendly. We ended up getting the service for free, but also promised they would come for as many times as it took to get rid of the roaches. We have gotten alot more than $300 worth of service. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

Let me tell you; this is the worst company I have ever worked with. A year ago, when we bought our…read morehouse, it came with a termite agreement that the builder paid for the first year. Shortly after moving in, the rep emailed to see if I wanted in-home pest management too. I responded and asked if she would call me the next day so we could talk about it; she said to me, " No, you call me." I don't know how hard it would have been for her to make a note to call me for a new service - that is, after all, her job. After that, I knew I wasn't going to renew. So I went with another company now that the year is up and I called to have them come to take their bate stations - over two weeks ago. They were to call and set up an appointment with me to do this. Well, James sent me a text this morning at 8:33 and showed up at 8:38 asking for the bag of stations removed by the new company. He's ticked off that I did not see his message, and while on the phone, says, "Next time, shut your fu***** alarm off before opening the door." And proceeds to tell the person he's talking to that I seemed like he was bothering me, but I never gave that impression. Then smiles when I come around, after talking crap behind my back, saying, "Thank you, sir." But he talked crap while I was away getting the bag; I guess he didn't notice the doorbell. I would have left it on the porch if he had called, but I wasn't going to have it sitting there for two weeks for them to get their stuff together. This is why I switched; nearly every person in their company is this way. Listen, pay your money to a company that will actually respect you and your time - seriously
