They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Then the service day came and they said they were out of a product and were only here for 20 minutes. We ended up getting the service for free, but also promised they would come for as many times as it took to get rid of the roaches. We have gotten alot more than $300 worth of service. They never answered our phone calls to let us know when the work was supposed to be done. They showed up, unannounced, one day to do the work. After working all day, the technician told us that the work was not complete because he was short of supplies -- that he would order the short supplies and return to finish the job later in the week. He then told us that the gutters should have been replaced, rather than covered, and he agreed that we had been screwed by the person that did the estimate. I called them that day and left a message that I wanted to discuss this. I have never received a response. The technician has not returned since.
