Joe was always available when needed or got back to me within 2 hours after I left him a message. He helped me to deal with all the bank questions and always notified me everytime there was an update from the bank. He was very polite and patient even though my financial solution was a bit complicated. The rate he provided was very competitive and the closing fee was very low. Every fee was clear and there was no extra charge. (I had experienced that some broker tried to provide low rate but at the end always add point and additional broker fees.) Overall I am very satisified with Joe's service and will definitely ask for his help again when I need a new mortgage or refinance.

Looking for a home can be an exciting and scary experience but having Advanced Mortgage Consultants…read moreInc. on my side made ALL the difference. My mortgage banker, James Orlando was excellent. He was professional, took his time to walk me through the entire process, explain all my options in layman's terms, made sure that I understood every document I was signing and submitting. James is a great communicator, I was able to reach him anytime I had questions. During times when I was anxious, he was patient, encouraged me express my concerns and provided me with reassure that everything would work out and it ALWAYS did. I would be remiss if I didn't thank Sandra-his secretary/processor, for guiding me through the paper trail, staying on top of all parties, making sure every document was submitted on time, for her great follow-up and communication with me. Before transferring to Advanced Mortgage Consultants Inc., I was with a mortgage bank that delayed the process for over 4 months, repeatedly requesting the same or unnecessary documents, which was frustrating. Hands down, going to Advance Mortgage Consultants Inc. was one of the best choices I've ever made. Thank You Advanced Mortgage Consultants, Inc. for giving me so much attention and making me feel like I was your only client. Florence Ajayi-Barnes

Very disappointing experience with Venus Cheng at Chase Realty…read more I completed the application process, was approved, signed the lease documents provided to me, received wire instructions for payment, and continued to receive communications indicating the apartment was mine and that the lease was moving forward. After all of that, I was abruptly informed that management would not be proceeding and was given no explanation despite repeated requests. At best, this was a highly misleading and unprofessional leasing process. At worst, it raises serious concerns about how prospective tenants are treated. I would be very cautious about relying on representations that an apartment is yours or that a lease is moving forward based on what Chase Realty tells you.
