On Saturday 9/28/24, we had a roofer come out to provide an estimate on recommended repairs per the home inspection report, during this inspection, the attic was found to be wet with many rotting or rotten boards, wet insulation, etc., necessitating a new roof ASAP. Wednesday 10/2/24, our new roof was installed, this was an unforeseen expense, as we thought we'd have at least a year or two to save and prepare for that purchase. Additionally, I asked Tony Lupinacci for recommendations on a plumber, electrician and roofer, all of these recommendations aside from Poillucci Plumbing have been a bust. We had an appointment with Bronson roofing for 9/25/24, they no call no showed on us 9/25/24 and have failed to return any of my calls to date. Electrician Rob Sumpman came out and looked at the issues 9/25/24. I had not heard from him until 10/4/24 when he informed me I would receive an email estimate from him tonight, as of now, I finally received an estimate from him 10/7/24, however we went with someone else because he took so long to get back to us. I emailed this information to Tony Lupinacci 10/4/24 with no response. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Despite being very turned off by Gary's unprofessionalism from the start of the scheduling process (telling my realtor one thing and me another; texting sometimes and emailing other times), we went ahead and hired him to complete our sewage inspection, as he was recommended by the home inspection company. After waiting for 20+ minutes, we called to see where he was. He told my realtor that he had texted us an hour prior, which was untrue. He did send an email 15 minutes prior to our appointment, at which time we were all already en route to the property. He stated that the driveway to the property was impassable due to ice. If he had called (rather than sending an email), we could have driven him to the top of the slushy -- not icy -- driveway to complete the inspection, as all three of us (realtor, husband and I) made it to the property just fine. When he did finally phone me 30 minutes past our appointment time, he was very disrespectful, interrupting me and hanging up on me twice as I respectfully expressed my frustration. My husband and I had both taken time off of work to be there, and now we are in a predicament to find another inspector in short notice. At the very least, I would recommend he improve his customer service practices, especially the disrespectful way in which he speaks to his customers. A phone call (not a cop out email) could have remedied the situation, and we may have been able to do business today. But now, I am without inspection and a day's pay, and Gary is without my business.

It is freezing outside, and I am without heat because of this. They cut holes in my air ducts (which I know they do) but left metal shaving and the punches lying everywhere. The person did not explain what they were doing; they just proceeded with their job. Understanding what I was signing and what they would do would be nice. More communication was needed. Also, ensure they REMOVE THE TAPE and clean up their metal shaving. They were okay; I would probably go somewhere else next time.
