I had a last minute order, and Both Ryan and Carrie patiently worked with me to figure out how to make it work. They were very detailed and professional. But, alas, I messed up the pick up date... Totally my fault, I mixed up the date on the invoice. EVEN STILL, miraculously, they found out, gave me call and figured out a way to help me get my shirts and hats on time. I was so stoked and they were so nice about it that I literally brought them donuts. 5 billion stars! :)

I've purchased multiple shirts and uniforms from this company over the years. One employee in…read moreparticular has always been friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my overall experience has been disappointing. The product quality has been average at best, turnaround times have often been slower than expected, and the design process can be frustrating. I've found myself going through a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth due to layout, sizing, and design issues that should have been caught earlier in the process. Another thing I didn't care for is that payment is required before seeing the finished product. While I understand why some businesses operate this way, I personally prefer companies that allow customers to review their order before final payment. What ultimately made me stop using them was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, orders were sometimes delayed, and I often felt like resolving issues wasn't a priority. I gave them several chances because I like supporting local businesses, but after multiple experiences, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

I called to inquire because my file was too big to upload to their website. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She told me to email the file and they were able to provide a quote through email. They're response time on emails is very impressive. There was a slight miscommunication on the timing of the order. They had to order the bags which took 2 days, but usually on in stock items it's only a 24hr turnaround. They originally thought these bags were in stock but they apologized and offered other options. They printed on my bags as soon as they arrived and I was able to get it to the birthday girl just in time! The best customer service. Nice quality printing and affordable. I'll be back, thank you!

The T shirt design, albeit simple, had very deep meaning and the short timeframe made it very difficult to find a shop to accommodate my dire need. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. I don't usually write reviews, but I was looking for a place to get some T-Shirts made for my…read moresoftball team and there were no reviews online so I wanted to write one for a place that delivered great service. I chose Four Seasons due to their website which advertised $12 per shirt if you order 15 (which was perfect for my team). I drove to their location and the owners quickly came to talk to me and helped me figure out what I would need. I brought them a picture of the design that I wanted and they said that they could scan it in and make the shirts look great. By the way, $12 gets you a shirt with one color print and a number on the back! Within a few days they sent me and email with a proof of the image that they would use. There was a minor change that I wanted and they took the request and resent me a proof within one day. The shirts look great and feel great. They even launder well. The one reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five is because they told me that my shirts would be ready on a Tuesday and by the end of the day Tuesday I hadn't heard anything from them. So, I emailed them and they got back to me Wednesday letting me know that they would probably be ready on Thursday (which they were). Luckily, I did not need them until the weekend, but they did not deliver by the day they promised. They informed me that there was a mix-up with the ordered shirts and they needed to replace them. I'm glad they gave me what I ordered and fixed the mix-up, but I just wished they had communicated the error with me before I had to contact them. I would definitely use these guys again and hope to call them if I need to order some more shirts for my team next season. I'm not sure if they will let me just order a few extra shirts for $12 or they'll make me order in bulk, but after interacting with Rick, I know he tries to make the customer happy. I'll update if I use them again. Follow up: After two seasons and washing between every game, there was no bleeding of the design or the number.
