Jose and his team were amazing in deep cleaning my condo! I previously had tenants living there and…read morealso had some flooring done, so the place had a lot of hidden and visible dirt/stains. The windows were filled with dust and the bath tub was badly stained. I was actually planning to repaint my bath tub, because of crazy stains but Jose told me to let him try to clean it - let's just say both bath tubs look brand new! The entire place looks spotless and he even pulled out the fridge and stove to clean the back! I was very impressed coming back to a place that is definitely move-in ready and plan to call Jose back for regular cleaning after I settle into my condo! And as a cherry on top, Jose and his team are really friendly and easy to work with. Plus, the price is totally reasonable! Thanks, Jose & Team!!

The stain on my carpet looks much worse after their treatment (see attached before and after photos…read more-- yes, the bad one is the after...) They refused to refund my payment. They don't have expertise in rug cleaning - the reason I hired them instead of doing it myself was because I didn't know how to clean my delicate wool rug without damaging the fibers. Turns out they don't either. It's harder to see in the photos, but they destroyed the fibers in an area much larger than the original stain. I should've known it would be trouble when they came back a second time telling me that they picked up a cleaner that "Home Depot recommended." I told them all I wanted was a refund (I could've threatened them with small claims for destroying my rug.) They refused, so here we are. 1 Star.

The sink was coming off the wall. It was unusable. We decided to replace not only sink, by old tile floor, toilet, mirror and lights. Tom answered all the questions and concerns before the job started. He found a small vanity sink that fit our bathroom. There were not too many options when it came to tiles, so seeing a few more options before deciding would have been nice. The job took 4 days instead of 5. It moved along at a good pace. Overall, it was a positive experience. I really enjoy the final results of our half bathroom remodel.

He handled a large kitchen renovation for us that involved the design itself, taking down a load-bearing wall, replacing a wooden floor, moving a steam pipe, moving ductwork, adding light fixtures, running new electrical & plumbing, installing cabinetry, and painting & finishing. I think a big value add, and justification for his rate, is that he is a one-stop shop. He has a closely-knit team of trusted partners, and that contributes to the consistent quality and speed of work. You could pursue a cheaper option like Home Depot, but they make no guarantee on their subcontractors' expertise, and what they can do is extremely limited (structural changes are a nonstarter). We'll be hiring Tom again no doubt.
