I called and spoke to Ms. Brenda on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Ms. Brenda had great phone etiquette, explained the services, and gave me a quote. After booking, I received a text confirmation. I was the first appointment on a Friday morning. Kasey texted me to let me know they were enroute and would arrive in 30 minutes. Upon on time arrival, Shelby and Kasey conducted a walk through and explained the process before I signed an agreement. I was super satisfied with the 2-member team's work. My air ducts were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized leaving a fresh lemon scent. They also vacuumed and cleaned up after the job was done. Shelby took the time to explain how to maintain my air ducts. A complimentary dryer inspection is included. It was well worth the $399 fee to get my one AC unit townhouse professionally cleaned by LServices.

I told them we hadn't had ours cleaned in ten years! They used a drone to inspect the top of our chimney which was in good shape due to our recent roof renovation. They did notice some foundational issues/cracks which they fixed free of charge after cleaning out our chimney. I will be using them once a year now to make sure our chimney is in tip top shape. They were communicative, trustworthy, and super informative.

Please shop around before going with this company. Ruby your incorrect about several things. This company was not willing to give a complimentary visit to look at the fireplace. They said there would be a charge to come out for an estimate. You never said the pictures were blurry or I would have resent them. They look fine on my end. And yes the guy from this company did say I needed a different cover for the flue, saying mine was aftermarket. But that's odd because the house was built with that particular cover and so are the other ones in my neighborhood. Sounds like you're just trying to cover your tail.

When the tech got out of the van part of the seat came out of the van not to mention the molding around the door. I hoped that they took more care of customers and products than they did the company vehicles. It had to be embarrassing to the tech to drive up in a van that smoked and smelled of gasoline. Although the tech was professional his company t-shirt was not, If I had clients that day I would have been embarrassed. I will not use this company again, and I would not recommend them. If yhey cant take care of their buisness how can you expect them to take care of yours.

This was a key factor as our recently purchased home has required numerous services and repairs. Cha-Ching! Though I may be frugal, I am still mindful about quality. Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all! A few small issues were pointed out at the end of the inspection. There was zero pressure to get anything done. Alberto simply recommended correcting them at some point. I requested an estimate to repair and Alberto's pricing was very fair. Since he was prepared with all the materials needed in his truck, we were able to get it all done on the spot. We now feel safe and confident about using our fireplace this coming season! Great service all around has won over our future business. Will definitely continue to use them for years to come.

He came out personally for a full consultation and walked us through the entire process step by step. He explained exactly what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and what we could expect throughout the project. The crew showed up ready to work every day, was extremely respectful of our home, and worked incredibly hard. They communicated with us throughout the entire project, kept us informed of their progress, and always arrived when they said they would. As with many restoration projects, a few unexpected issues were discovered once work began. Instead of surprising us, Steve took the time to explain everything thoroughly, discuss our options, and answer every question we had. This is a significant investment, and knowing the owner was just a text or phone call away provided tremendous peace of mind. If you're looking for a company that values honesty, communication, and quality workmanship, I highly recommend AKME.
