When I asked if he could help me understand why he'd triple his price for such a small repair, he said, "Maybe we used the laser." When I asked what that meant and if that would be the case if the same thing were to happen again, he said, "Cash or card?" I felt dismissed and taken advantage of. I recommend going somewhere else, especially if you are a young woman.
