The owner Doug also runs a restoration business so all of the antique work is in good condition. It is located in a very nice old building lovely appointed and well lit. They have their own lot so parking is a breeze.They have of late been hosting other exciting arts events like Portrait of a Soul and the Oil Painters of America. The staff is very friendly and very helpful if you have any questions about the art or the artists shown in the gallery. At openings they always have wine and delicious hors d'oeuvres. At large events in the summer it can get warm in the gallery if there is a large crowd mixing with all the painting lights and a struggling AC.

Anywhere in their footprint I will be a customer of theirs. Selling was most recent and more fresh in my mind. In the space of 8 weeks, I was able to contact them with intention to sell, accomplish all the necessary tasks to list, list, inspect, fix, close, and be very happy with our results. There are a few factors for this, and most are a result of the team's work. Very quickly I was able to get their stager in the door to break down for me how to present the house best to sell, and very importantly the priority of those projects, in case you don't have six months to work with. In mine, we thought that market timing would be a significant factor and sooner was better than later. They also had recommendations on hand of people to accomplish some of the work I needed where I could not myself. They had data on hand when I considered renting as opposed to selling, and advised me on the impact of living in the house while selling vs going thru the extra expense/effort of completely moving out. When the house was ready to list, again the photo/listing process was quick and effective, including 3d modeling and walkthroughs online, which I found very helpful on the buying side. During showings and negotiations they made the process straightforward & the house was under contract in a couple weeks. Throughout their communication was great & were also fun to work with. They were responsive to my questions and appreciative when I was as well. Electronic documentation is now the way of the present, driving across town to sign something is such a waste. We went back & forth over text & email which is always easy. In the end, the decision of whether & which realtor to use is a tough one. In my case at the end of the day I ended up much better with than without. You can't ask for more than that.
