However, there was no crew leader and it was a free for all loading and unloading our belongings. We had everything packed and marked as to where it should be placed in the new home, it just didn't happen 50% of the time unless we were on top of them constantly. Young guys that seem to have this as a way to make a living and no skin in the game, so to speak. When I called afterward to address the charge, the owner, Cole, was condescending, argumentative, and mostly unhelpful. Instead of trying to understand why there had been a clear misunderstanding, the conversation felt more like an argument than an attempt to resolve the issue.
