DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They have cheap blood pressure cuffs and they read wrong! Went in for 2 extractions and the cheap blood pressure cuffs they use ready my BP wrong. My BP read high and they refused to do the extractions. In the previous years they had a different medicine for high BP patients cause I have had extractions done at this location and so has my husband. But now all of a sudden they don't have that? So I left with my face swollen, in pain and both teeth that needed extracted. And no antibiotics either. I called the dentist that is in my Drs office and went there and got one of the worse tooth that needed removed at ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE. This was the second time I've had a bad experience at alpha dental. Im never going back! I'm also considering reporting the entire office to the dental board so they can't do what they did to me to another person! SHAME ON YOU ALPHA DENTAL! read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. T 7 seven dentist changes in 2 years. Rescheduled appointment after rescheduled appointment. I found out today that they made a partial I can only get once every five years without telling me I needed two crowns that if are now done the partial won't fit. Not to mention I asked for a tooth partial and they made a three tooth partial and charged my insurance. This place us a crook, they will lie and give no damn. Three weeks ago I was told my insurance was no longer accepted but to go ahead and make an appointment with the dentist because they would reddo two fillings that have fallen out multiple times ( the two teeth i was told today needed crowns and supposedly I was told this bout was not, the partial was still made) I was told that I would be called back if the dentist would not see me. So after almost three weeks and no call, I take off work only to be told they don't accept my insurance but I can pay out of pocket today for the fillings!! Lie after lie after lie. I went to have one tooth crowned and a chip fixed on my front incisor tooth where a filling had fallen out. Was in their four and one half hours and when they were finished they filled another tooth and told me I needed a crown on one of my premolar teeth. So they started the work and the dentist ground out spaces between my front four incisors. Why, no one knows and the little girl that tried to fill the space could not get it done. I showed them pictures of my teeth before they worked on them. They took those pictures and pictures of how my teeth looked after they worked on them. And they said they could fix them by putting filling material between my Incisors. I would not even be having this issue if they done their job. Of course they used up all my insurance money as well as almost a thousand dollars of my personal money. I left them messages but no one responds. I went to two other dentist and they told me they could never fill they gaps that Alpha dental created between my teeth. It is now going to cost my almost 9000.00 dollars to fix what they have created. DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE EVER..... read more

Very rude receptionist behind the desk, incorrect information given to me over the phone and a complete waste of time. I drove almost 2 hours for my daughter to get her wisdom teeth extraction and all they did was take additional x-rays and said they needed to wait for insurance approval. I had x-rays with me that I gave them. I would NEVER have driven that far for MORE x-rays. Then the receptionist was extremely rude and loud while I was told them IN THE WAITING ROOM. I'm sure that's a hippa violation as well. read more

Honestly I love them at first but now 3 years later all the work they did is falling out I've lost filling after filling and when I went back they said they couldn't fix them because my insurance wouldn't cover it... that was proven to be a lie when I contacted my insurance. Now here I am 26 my teeth are breaking off and I can't even smile. Don't go to this dentist they do not care about your wellbeing and the nurses care more about hot gossip and watching tv rather than doing their job. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. read more

I needed a front tooth cap re-cemented. Even though I waited several days for an appointment, they turned me away. They said they wouldn't do the work because they hadn't put the cap on. I explained that although the cap was in good shape it was a dozen years old and I had had it done in another state years before. I never got in to see the dentist. The receptionist turned me away. I rarely cry but this treatment had me in tears. No one should be treated like this. Horrible treatment. read more

I had to have a set of fillings redone and I had to use a walk-in appointment because they couldn't schedule me for anything sooner than 3 months out. They should have verified that my feelings were done correctly the first time but since they didn't at least they redid them for free. Tiffany the dental assistant was incredibly kind and professional and had a great sense of humor which is always good at win someone is about to cause a bunch of pain to your teeth. She was amazing. The receptionists were very nice and overall the atmosphere was good. My dentist after clearing out my old fillings had a confrontation with an employee which I was able to hear very clearly from one room away with no doors. I found this to be very unprofessional and being that the nature of the confrontation was about chastising and employee in front of a customer I found that to be ironic and showed a lack of understanding about the topic in that that confrontation essentially repeated the exact same situation. The dentist did come and apologize after the fact but they didn't even consider having the argument outside of my earshot until my dental assistant said something about it. The dental work was good and overall the environment was good but I hadn't originally come to the dentist to hear a bunch of juicy gossip. read more

Horrible! They are overbooked, understaffed, the receptionist is extremely rude. When I made my appointment I was told many things and when I came to my appointment the receptionist said the complete opposite. Unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. read more
