Went here a couple days ago to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. I was a little bit anxious but they took my X-rays weighed me, put the IV in a matter of 2-5 minutes. As soon as the IV was inserted I was out. I woke up a couple times during the procedure because they needed me to open my mouth a little bit more, etc... but I did not feel even the slightest amount of discomfort. After the procedure (which literally felt like 5 minutes) I woke up, no pain really just numb. I wasn't very groggy from the sedation either. TLDR good service, good dentists, I have nothing bad to say about Alpha. read more

If I could leave 0 fucking stars I would ! They had me come in April to fill out a shit load of paperwork... not to mention I came to the appointment EARLY because I knew I would have paperwork to fill out seeing that it was my first visit waited a hour before I got called back, they did X-rays AND EVERYTHING SCHEDULED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT TO GET MY WISDOM TEETH PULLED for TODAY JUNE 8th because they "ONLY have one SURGEON THAT DOES THE EXTRACTION AND HE'S ONLY THERE 1 DAY WHICH IS MONDAY" I got a text from them to confirm my appointment JUNE 2nd I confirmed I get there today their bitxh asses said the surgeon didn't/wasnt able to do my surgery. read more

Super unprofessional!! Cancel appointments a week before & have no reasoning!! Not trusting them with my teeth when they don't even know simple knowledge about why an appointment would be canceled then can't even get a hold of the doctor to figure out why either super waste of my time!! read more

First of all I was not happy that I had to be awake for my full mouth extraction, but I sucked it up. The bottom teeth came out smoothly, but the uppers took awhile. My jaw was killing me from holding it open so long. Then I feel scraping, he started filing my bone which was a shocker. Then he gave me a prescription of ibuprofen and Tylenol which is perfectly fine. But after all that you don't get any painkillers at all!!!! At my normal doctor I get one tooth pulled and they give me five day supply of pain mess. All my teeth pulled, filing of my bone, stitches, no pain meds! You have to suffer. So I was crying the whole way home wondering how I was going to overcome this pain. So just a heads up on the pain meds. But I'm 6 days out now and I have to go to work tomorrow and I'm running low on my ibuprofen and Tylenol. I call them twice to see if they could give me a refill, so I can get through the day at work, and no response. Actually the woman at the desk told me he probably woild not call in a reflll​ for ibuprofen or Tylenol . So I'm not happy with the service and the non regard of their patients. People do not know what they're doing like at all... got a filling on October 2nd hurt all the way till December 1st , when i called in to ask what in the hell they did to my tooth because everyone i had asked about it hurting was very concerned with the timeframe it was hurting, they said they couldn't do anything because they didn't take my insurance anymore, ok no problem find another dentist right and get a referral? wrong , these nodding out staff yes, i had a nurse nod out on the job with me whilst doing my mouth X-Ray she DROPPED the mouth piece on the floor and proceeded to blame me when she was absolutely nowhere near my mouth!!! anyways , they proceeded to tell me i need to pay 99$ for a referral to a new dentist? i need to know what drugs this staff is on to be nodding off whilst taking xrays and obviously being high off some crack telling me i gotta pay 99$ for a referral read more

First they scheduled wisdom teeth removal for my son the cancelled few days before surgery after already being paid now it's been 3 weeks and we still have not received our refund. The dentist isn't something I look forward to at all. I recently found out I need a wisdom tooth pulled, so I set up an appointment with Alpha dental. I'm not at all disappointed with this decision. I showed up and was a bit unprepared. I didn't realize I needed a referral from my normal dentist, and the receptionist was so, so kind about it. She gave me the fax number and made me feel right at home. The doctor explained exactly what was going to be done and why they were taking that course of action, which I greatly appreciated. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of how incredibly nice everyone was. There was fun music playing, which helped calm me down too. It honestly seemed like everyone there thoroughly enjoyed not only their job, but also their coworkers. Weirdly enough, I'm actually looking forward to going back and finally fixing an issue that has been causing me discomfort. read more

A combination of severe anxiety along with a few traumatic experiences have kept me from making appointments for too long. They wouldn't pull my tooth that is causing me severe pain due to only needing 1 pulled. They told me I need more than that pulled. Neverr heard of such A thing. Also I had some pulled A couple years ago by them. When I woke up from it, my back tooth had A hole in it. One that didn't need work done. Surprisingly, that is the tooth causing me pain, and needs pulled the most. read more
