What a horrible experience!!! John has to be the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. When I got home and checked my air ducts they were still dirty and full of dust. So I called John early the next morning and he told me to send him pictures. So I did. He then sent me a text that he was going to check his schedule and see when he was going to be able to do it. A week went by and I didn't hear from him so I called him again. He didn't answer but texted me that he was at an event for his son, and he would call me when he finished. I waited and didn't get a call back. At this point my husband called him from my phone for the next 2 days and he didn't answer any of the calls. The next day I tried calling him again and shortly after he didn't answer I received the following text from him: "I'm sorry I have a lot going on in my life, fighting for custody of my son family health issues my house is all tore up over a water leak". We completely understand that family comes first so I replied that I was sorry to hear what he was going through and that once he was ready to let us know. I followed up with him 3 weeks later via text for him to reply "do what you have to do...I'm not sending anyone out". Alpha Cleaning Solutions doesn't even deserve 1 start but unfortunately u can not leave a comment unless u give a minimum of one star. $650.00 down the drain I ended up having to pay another company to come out and clean my ducts the correct way and ended up purchasing from them the UV Light. I will not keep my hopes up for his bogus 2 year guarantee. Lol. Dont waste your time with this con. Not only did this company NOT make things right but John has the nerve to call me a few days ago and see if I wanted for them to do another cleaning since I was overdue on one. Same issues as the others, poor customer service and down right scam artists. I wanted to purchase the UV light protection for my system. I was told it could be done same day, paid for the service and then was told it would have to be done by someone on the team who was an electrician and would be out in 2 weeks. Well he never called to schedule anything, and after many calls, I asked for my money back. John (owner) said he would send back the money via a check. It has been over 3-4 months and endless excuses of why he hasn't sent it. Now he won't answer his phone. Anyone who hasn't posted a 1 star just got lucky they didn't scam the person out of money. Channy came out(brought a dog with him that he left in his car. I allowed him to bring the dog in my home so it wouldn't get cold)! Also tipped him $20...I will say he talks a good game like he's actually doing the job properly...... HE DIDN'T DO MUCH.... After the so called completion of the job i was left with NO HEAT!!!! He REFUSED to come back and complete the job that night... I was left in a 43° house overnight... I have a toddler, husband, birds & dogs!!! Had professionals come out the next morning to fix the issues! I have a signed statement from them stating my vents were NOT clean!! Channy told us the size filter to get. Got it.... Gave it to him to put it in..... SO WE THOUGHT!!! He told us the wrong size didnt tell us and half a$$ed put it in... Yeah... I know.... We have screen shots texts and a recorded phone called with the owner(i use that term very loosely) where he admits his tech(Channy) did NOT do his job properly & PROMISED a refund of $100(to ease the string of being scammed) well of course that NEVER happened..... I have to say I'm pretty unhappy with this company. I used a Groupon for duct cleaning. Then I'm told there is mold in our system, he showed it to me, and it looked like mold. Turns out, it was probably sediment. Then he talked me into this great Forever filter, he said it would arrive in 5-7 business days. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Numerous calls to the company and I find out that they were out of stock and they had to go through a different supplier. The timeline was then 7-14 business days, but no one bothered to tell us! I find out today after calling three different numbers. Better yet? Theres NO tracking number on this $250 filter. SERIOUSLY? I'm so unhappy with this company and their lack of service. read more

Did not clean my air ducts. I paid them over $600 to do my air ducts with Antimicrobial Treatment and they left them dirty and full of dirt and dust. I have called several times to try and get them out and its been 3 months and they still have not come. But I'm suppose to have a 2 year guarantee. TERRIBLE COMPANY.......HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Don't waste your time or money. I ended up hiring another company to come out and do what they were suppose to do and they were amazing. Look them up they are located in Orlando, FL but travel to all parts of Florida. BlueFreeze and the gentleman that helped me is Noel. He was so understanding that he installed the UV Light that Alpha was trying to charge me $675 to install. Noel charged me $250 for everything including the UV Light. Call Noel from BlueFreeze. Scammers!! Beware!!! I hired this company to remove a smoke smell from a home, they came out smelled the house and said they could take care of it no problem, they sprayed a lemon scented product in the home which as soon as the lemon smell went away the smoke smell came right back. I called the company they told me they wouldn't be able to come back to the house and they were very busy with other jobs, offered me a 50% refund which I agreed to but unfortunately never came, the owner of the company ended up blocking me on Facebook messenger so we could no longer communicate. They are not a professional company, they are scammers!!!! read more

John and Tristan did an excellant job. The air handler had various mold growth which was completely cleaned and sanitized. I think they did a good job for the basic service even though it cost more than I expected (but exactly what they quoted, don't get me wrong.. just in my head I was thinking $15 per vent and instead they charge by the square foot). The owner came out himself on a Saturday to fill in for a tech who had called out. Definitely great to have weekend appointments and even better to have an owner willing to throw in and work it rather than cancelling the appointment. Couple of things, just so you're warned. They don't impact my review or my recommendation to use this company, just my own misconceptions. First, they don't try to clean every vent. In my mind I thought they'd take off every vent cover, clean it and vacuum it out. They divide the house into sections and do one vent per section. In my 1800 sq ft house that resulted in 3 vents being actively suctioned. I'd actually done some work to move boxes around to make all vents accessible, so trying to save other people some time there. Two, the quote is only for the duct suctioning (and dryer vent cleaning). Antibacterial treatment is a separate and more expensive service. Three, they WILL try to sell you more services. I get it, doesn't bother me.. that's how you make a living. I know it bothers other people to say no, so I want potential clients to be aware. They're going to walk in and try to sell new filters, they'll give you a quote and spiel on the antibacterial treatment and they're going to inspect your furnace and suggest you do more work there. Luckily for me it's pretty easy to say no when you're renovating the entire house and have zero spare money. I know others have a hard time saying no! Overall I hope this review has you prepared to go and make an appointment. I think it's worth it, just go in prepared and come out breathing a little bit better with cleaner air! read more

They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. I wish I read the other reviews before i bought a Groupon but I thought I bought it with Clean air of florida which had better reviews . After 3 attempts to get them out to honor the groupon for $45 they sold me a 2 year package to include Antimicrobial treatment , sanitizer and deodorizer, cage and coil cleaning, duct flush and drain line flush.my receipt clearly states 2 year service and when I called this year to get them to come back out they wanted to charge me an additional $109.00. I said I think I paid way to much originally why would I pay more and I sent them a copy of my receipt which states 2 years service no additional cost! John made 3 different appointments and never showed up. I called again and John told me to call Clean Air and I spoke to Mike who said they no longer do business with Alpha Solutions and told me John needs to honor his service. I called John back and of course he did not answer. I left a message and then text him that I would share this experience on social media if they did not honor their word. He text me back and said you are on your own! I also let Groupon know not to promote this company because they are a bait and switch scam! read more

I contacted a company called Clean Air Flordia regarding a groupon/living socal deal. I had a couple of questions and contacted Clean Air. They were very nice,answered everything. They told me not to purchase the groupon that they would honor the price. He said someone from their scheduling dept would call me back. I scheduled appointment. Appointment day, window for service came and went. Guy finally showed up a half an hour late from 2 hour window. He brought in his machine and completed the work. (work not completed as described on website) He tried to sell me a lot of other services. A couple days later I went to do laundry and my washing machine had been unplugged. While reaching to plug it back in I noticed my dryer vent had not been reattached. I tried to reattach but couldn't get it secure enough. I called Clean air and at first was told that I was mistaken, they didn't service my account. Then he finally looked up my information and said that they didn't service my account but had given it to another company Alpha Cleaning Solutions and I had to contact them. I spoke with Alpha ( more than once) at first was told to find a neighbor to reattach, then he kept putting me off and putting me off. Finally he stopped returning my calls and text. Went two weeks with no dryer before I could get someone (I had to pay) to reattach. read more

If I could give them less than a one star I would. Do not use this company under any circumstance. I contacted them to have my air ducts cleaned. When the worker came to my home and brought his machine into the house he inadvertently, carelessly damaged my car. I contacted Alpha Cleaning Solution's owner, John, to let him know and he told me that he was going to take it out of his worker's pay. I told him I would get estimates and would get back to him. I took time out of my busy schedule to get three estimates from three different companies and they all came back very close in price. This has been a huge inconvenience, especially being seven months pregnant and working a full-time job. When I called John back a week later to let him know what the estimate came in at, he told me that's ridiculous, and said I would have to take him to small claims court and hung up on me. As a customer, I have never been treated this way. This is a poor example of good customer service and has shown me how unprofessional this company is.
