I had an outstanding experience with this brother-owned painting company, start to finish. From the very first meeting, it was clear they operate at a different level than most painters I vetted When they came out to provide a bid, they were incredibly thorough--not just measuring and quoting, but actually helping me think through paint colors and finishes to make sure everything would come together the right way. Their pricing was very fair, and what I appreciated most was that there were no games. No lowball bid to win the job and then upsell later. Their initial quote was reasonable and they stood by it.to call out Beto specifically I also want to call out Beto specifically--he was incredibly patient throughout the process of dialing in the exact shade of white I was looking for (which, as anyone knows, is harder than it sounds). He went back to the paint store multiple times, working with the staff there to tweak the formula and tint until it was exactly right. At no point did he rush the process--he made it clear that if I wasn't 100% happy, he'd keep refining it until we got there. That level of care and attention is rare. Once the project started, their professionalism really showed. Vincente lead the team and they took the time to properly protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas, which is something a lot of crews cut corners on. The attention to detail in the painting itself was excellent--clean lines, consistent coverage, and no sloppy work. They were also extremely respectful of the home. When moving furniture, everything was handled carefully, and nothing felt rushed or careless. What really sets them apart, though, is that they went above and beyond the scope of work. They took care of small things that weren't even part of the job--helping with hard to reach light bulbs, fixing minor items around the house, and even painting a few additional areas at no extra charge. If I could give 1M stars I would. Hire Beto and his team - you will not find anyone more detail-oriented, punctual, responsive and skilled at what they do. I worked with Beto and his team to paint the entire interior of a new condo in Pacific Heights that's 100+ years old, making it look fresh and bright. He went above and beyond. He managed to fill in the gap between the crown moulding and my ceiling, painted cabinets in the kitchen from a dark navy to a bright white (making it look much bigger), and provided close detail on painting the tricky windows. They helped make a 100+ year old condo look fresh and beautiful. Beto and his team showed up on time, every time; were clean and considerate of others in the condo building; and overall did an outstanding job. Following a neighbor's glowing recommendation of Alonso Painting, we hired them to paint our primary bedroom and bathroom as well as our guest bathroom. Vicente, Roberto, and Beto were wonderful to work with and we are thrilled with our new rooms. We were especially impressed when, after they completed the bedroom, we realized we had made terrible mistakes choosing the paint colors for the bedroom and guest bathroom (by sheer luck we got the primary bathroom color right the first time).
