Based on my personal experience, I've noticed a recurring pattern: a very large influx of people from one Southeast Asian country moving very large extended families into 1 house and enrolling in benefit programs, which can give the impression of living a very comfortable lifestyle without personally paying rent or expenses. I do not know if any rules are being broken -- I'm only reporting what I observed. If you're considering working with this service, please verify all credentials, keep copies of documents, and make your own independent assessments. My intent is to alert others to patterns that I found concerning for community fairness and transparency. Additionally, I left several e-mails and messages over several weeks inquiring about speaking with one of their representatives/agents for help about immigration matters along with my number for a call-back over multiple channels and have yet to receive any reply. It's not a today deal but I will come back to you and use your services. As we talked, she wrote everything down and explained to me all the different types of visas and ways to bring somebody to the U.S. She did explain to me the approximate cost and time that it would take from beginning to end and gave me options. A lot was written down . All I asked her was one simple thing, can you email me what we discussed here on paper just so I can keep a mental note of what to expect. I figured I would get an email the next day and I waited anxiously check my email periodically, but all I got was crickets. I didn't hear from anybody there for a week so I decided to call back and leave a message with Angie. I left a detailed message with the receptionist to have Angie get back to me, I even gave Angie the benefit of the doubt maybe I gave them the wrong email address because my email address has Coss in it and a lot of people think, CROSS but to no avail. She never called back, so I called Pacific immigration Services again left the same detailed message, I left the date when I was there, they said they would get back to Angie and I said can you make sure she gets back to me so I know she got this message? Once again I got crickets so I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and I called one more time day before yesterday July 9 2025 nothing.,,,,. on our original meeting, the last words Angie told me before I left Pacific Immigration Services Angie said, "don't forget to leave a yelp review". Well I didn't forget, and I'm leaving my review now. Poor follow through service, good introductory service. I thought everything would be OK still to this day I don't know why somebody would not follow up on such an important visit, the appointment of my life and I'm treated with disrespect. I will not be using their services. I'm sure I could find other places that would treat me with more dignity and respect. Being busy is one thing, being busy and not getting back to you is another thing. I know a lot of people in this community, I know a lot of people that are trying to fix their papers. A lot of my Mexican family are looking for somebody And me being the elder family member. They look up to me for insight I know where not to send them. My quest continues.

We Scheduled a Trip to the Azores with Lorraine for 5 people and It was a challenge from the start…read moremainly caused by communication as well she seemed to have an attitude with me every time I questioned her about anything. The seats booked were in the wrong order, as well as she booked tickets without booking seats on a flight, not sure why but you normally book seats when you book the tickets. We had a wonderful time on our trip and the hotels they booked were Spectacular! The The Activities that were booked were great as well and all the people used were very good and we enjoyed them and had a great time. The biggest issues were that the itinerary we were given was lacking information like the name of the and number for the company that was picking us up from the hotel and transferring us to the airport. In this case the driver was 20 minutes late due to being at the wrong hotel and we had no way of contacting them or the company. Also the plan was to have us picked up 2 hours before our flight out of the country and that should have been arranged for at least 4 hours prior, we almost completely missed our flight due to this mistake, we were scrambling and rushing, of course we were relying on our agent for this and it made for a terrible ending to an overall wonderful trip. Needless to say I would not recommend Lorraine or Altour for your trip booking in the future.
