I developed an infection in the burns which required topical antibiotics, and an actual dermatologist. I am now left with permanent hypo and hyper pigmentation & areas of "striping". Dr. Guzman was adamant that this can happen & that I had signed paperwork acknowledging that, and that she would not offer any type of refund, or reparative services for permanent damage caused. This was a mistake made by a practitioner that was new to the machine, & the way it was handled was just awful. They offered zero acknowledgement of fault, or support to the client. Technician claimed to have lifted them twice but I've noticed she missed some steps during the process. I only know because I use to perform lash lifts in the past. She didn't tape or put down eye pads to protect the bottom lashes, which resulted in her pulling my eyes apart (while closed btw) . With my eyes closed, shields on top of my lids and my lashes already glued to the shields she then asked me to open my eyes so that my bottom ones would separate from my top. Not only was this uncomfortable but I have never had to nor asked a client to that. I had to go home and also wash my eyes because she did not rinse or tried to wipe my lids off and left lash lift glue all stuck to the top of both my eyelids and lashes. While the lift was setting she proceeded to go into the other room and start emptying her rubbish cans and either breaking down boxes or opening boxes. She then returns (hands unwashed) and touches my face! This is the worst experience I've gotten with a Lash Lift and hate to critique it so bad but I wouldn't want anyone else wasting money... Maybe they are better at waxing.

I did not receive the callus remover but told I did not need it (even though I've always gotten that at other places for years...) and massage was not 20 minute long maybe 10-15 minute slow and too soft or too hard when I asked for pressure. The massage chair is noisy and clangy that it was hard to relax and the water was very hot when the lady initially applied to my leg I could not tolerate burning heat but she corrected the temperature after I yelped in pain. I would make sure temperature is good before applying to someone because I would not want anyone or my daughter to experience that.
