Once Andrew and his team took over our pool hasn't looked better since we moved in in 2011. Rise & Shine's communication is great as they notify you when they're headed to your home and they come out on a designated day once a week. They also take pictures of the pool and gate when they leave. Abbie has been our tech and she is so nice and friendly. This is a huge change from our previous pool man. I've also had Alex come out and he is fantastic as well. I needed to have a pump replaced and a part in my heater done. Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. They're scheduling system and payment system are automated and very efficient and easy to navigate. Appointments are made promptly and you were able to confirm from your phone.
