The driver was very polite, on time and accommodating. My issue was with the office. There was a discrepancy with the remaining balance. I paid a $150 deposit in February when reserving the limo (as this is what the secretary required despite previously speaking with the owner who mentioned $100 deposit). About a month prior to my September wedding, I made some changes to my reservation and still my receipt reflected my $150 deposit with X remaining balance (including gratuity) due the day of to the driver. The day of my wedding the driver claimed I did not give him enough money and showed me a receipt claiming I had only paid a $100 deposit. Since it was my wedding day I was not going to argue with the man so I paid the extra $50 and figured I would sort it out with the business owner later on. On my honeymoon, I attempted to email the owner 3-4 times, with no response. Actually to be fair I did receive a very confusing forwarded screen shot of my initial deposit, some sort of claimed refund, and some sort of cancelled action (clearly no description of what I received). After two weeks had passed I finally called the office and spoke with the owner who very aggressively claimed that back in February I was refunded $50 since I was initially overcharged (apparently this is what the screenshot reflected). I explained to him I never saw a refund on my statement and I was never alerted that I was refunded by his office. I also asked him how I was suppose to know what to pay the driver if my receipt never reflected this refund. After double checking my statements to ensure I was NOT refunded (which I wasn't), I contacted the owner once again to let him know that the credit card refunded (which I could see via the initial screen shot) was not the card I used when I placed the deposit and as I thought I never received a refund. Still to this day I have not heard back from him nor received my refund. Very incompetent and unprofessional people work in this office and for this reason I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. read more
