We sent six teen aged girls on their own and felt totally safe with this company. They were amazing. No problems whatsoever. The driver was very responsive and gave continuous updates by text (drop off, ready for pickup, on our way...). The sprinter van was awesome. The six girls loved it and said it was was so much fun. My daughter is still saying that her birthday was so fun and the limo was a big part of it. Price was very reasonable compared to other limo services. I couldn't be happier with ease of booking, the convenience, non -stress, and finally the results. Additionally, due to the snow and weather the previous day we asked for an earlier pickup time and it was absolutely no problem. We will definitely use them again.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Had contracts for 2…read morecars on my wedding day. Both were late arriving at my house. My limo driver was going to take the expressway....into Chicago....at 12ish.....on a Saturday. Thank goodness he finally listened and took local roads. The other driver interrupted my post-ceremony pictures noting his next pick up was at the time when he would be dropping us off at the hotel. More wasted time. Delay to ceremony +delay after ceremony = delay at photo location that cost $100/hr when purchased in advance. When brought to manager's attention, he made it seem that the only compensation (or apology) that would be offered would be if an accident occurred. The contracts say that they are not liable to,acts of god or unavoidable circumstances. They need to add that the driver will ignore passengers and only follow the gps - in every situation. My fault was that I was not able to note the exact time the cars were late to my house or the church. Silly me, not noting the times on a day in which I hired professionals to do their job.

They ruined our wedding day…read more I hired a limo to take guests to the wedding ceremony and then to a photo shoot location and then to the reception and then home. Here is what went wrong... Despite giving them exact GPS coordinates, the incompetent limo driver took 68 minutes to travel 3.4 miles for the photo shoot. He went to the wrong place. He just waited there with guests. It took a guest to call me to ask if he was at the right place. I went in another car to the place after the limo had left and texted the driver the exact location and talked to him about how to get to where he needed. One of my guests who was in the limo later said he was an idiot. He was not polite and closed the door in my guests face. As the groom, I did not enjoy having irate guests. Several told my wife they felt sick driving around in circles. I was on the phone with him for several minutes trying to guide him to the destination and he couldn't understand basic instructions. My guests showed up really late at the photo shoot so we lost a lot of time with the photographer and limited the pictures we could take. It isn't like I can do it again. In their contract, they said there would be champagne - there wasn't. I'd promised my guests champagne so they were enthusiastic about the limo ride. So instead, they had a 68 minute drive around in circles without any champagne. My guests were not happy. They parked in the worst place possible every time. At my apartment, they parked on the road out of sight. We have a car park for the apartment buildings. The idiot limo driver walked across to my apartment building cutting across people's lawns. No taxi has ever done something so stupid so why should a limo company do that? It delayed us getting on the limo by just a few minutes but it is part of an ongoing theme of incompetence... We were told that the limo could take baby seats. it could not... the seat was too deep for my brother's baby seat that is a high quality one and compliant with regulations in the USA and is adjustable. So this delayed things. Limo driver said and did nothing. We are delayed a few more minutes now. I suggest the limo driver takes the lights instead of taking a left turn on a busy road. He says there is no need. When we finally leave after the limo driver had gone, we see the limo driver was still waiting to turn left. If he'd listened to me about taking the lights for the left turn, he'd have been at the destination sooner. IDIOT! He gets to the bride's apartment. Does he park outside??? Of course not. He parks in the school car park across the road. My wife tried calling me while I'm at the ceremony with my phone off asking where the limo was because it wasn't outside. She luckily saw a limo from her kitchen window across the street (not on the street her apartment entrance is on) and got into it and arrived at the ceremony late. After the ceremony, the limo parked on the corner of the car park so we had to walk a distance to get his attention (he did not respond to waves and generally ignored us). There was a car port entrance in front for the limo driver to use, but he never used it. One of the bridesmaids changed her mind and did not want to take the limo home because of the 68 minute trip. I tell the limo driver to skip a hotel on the way home. I double check this with my wife in front of the limo driver and am very clear. The idiot still tried to drive to that hotel and had to be corrected by the guests in the limo at that time. COMPLETE IDIOT!!!!! I asked my Dad to note when the limo arrived at the destination and when I later contacted W-Limo about it, they quoted a time 19 minutes longer than the actual which resulted in a larger bill. When I contacted W-Limo about what the cost would be for going over the contracted time, they said it would be the same as the normal rate. I clarified that 1.5 hours of a 1 hour contract would be 1.5 times the 1 hour rate and they said yes. Instead, they made the overtime contract be non-inclusive of gratuity where as the non-overtime contract was inclusive of gratuity. So they put a 20% surcharge on the overtime despite clarification of the arrangement beforehand that this wouldn't happen. The limo never used the car port I'm told. Each time he picked up guests, he made them walk across the car park to reach him. I didn't get an adequate response from the company on these issues. They claim I didn't call them on the day despite talking to the limo driver in person to complain and having to call him to navigate him to the photo shoot and him texting his boss about the champagne problem. W-Limo say I should have called them regarding the issues - but the limo driver is their employee. They also seemed to expect me to contact them sooner than the three days I waited - I was on my honeymoon! Don't use W-Limo for your wedding. They don't care about you.
