    Adobo Fried Rice Omelette
    Saleen M.

My husband went here the last time he was in Vegas & was raving about it so we had to go! Just a short Lyft from The Strip. They serve many sweet & savory Hawaiian dishes. Adobo Fried Rice Omelette: This was the dish my hun was raving about & I was so excited to try it. The dish is huge! Sadly, the adobo fried rice lacked flavor & I wish it had more sauce, or at least a side of it.

Awesome Hawaiian restaurant with incredible Loco Moco, Saimin Noodle soup, Mac salad, breakfast spam musubis with egg, Hawaiian drinks and other Hawaiian favorites. Prompt service where they bring the food out to you and also [[HIGHLIGHT]]spacious interior with plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommended!

Char siu from the wonton min had a mild sour smell. Didn't want to risk it so I took it all out and didn't eat it.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice restaurant right outside of UNLV.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You order at counter and they bring it to you. I was craving saimin so I came here and got the wonton min. It's a big bowl, the saimin was cooked right, but the char siu was not right. It was cold and had a wee bit of sour taste and smell, so I took it all out and didn't eat it. I didn't want to risk having to run to the john later on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, place is clean, service is good and the lumpia Shanghai is always my favorite too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Chicken Katsu

Very disappointed. I ordered a chicken katsu plate, drink, and musubi to go. After getting home, I discovered my mac salad was missing. When I called the restaurant, I was brushed off and told I could come back to get it. The missing item wasn't even the biggest issue it was the lack of concern and customer service. If a restaurant makes a mistake, the least they can do is acknowledge it and make an effort to resolve it. Instead, the inconvenience was put back on the customer. Not impressed with how this was handled. Will never eat here again and there are far better Hawaiian food places to eat with better customer service as well

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Relatively quiet, it may be because I came in time for breakfast, and the whole place is uncluttered and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their ligjting is very subdued. They do not use flourescent lights which makes the place very comfy indeed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food is simple but superb. The serving is HUGE for the price I paid. Not bad at all, in fact this is really great. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Used to come here a few years ago and the food was so good. Greeted as soon as you walk in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good music playing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Well the food was as good as I remember! I had the Aloha Plate. Jammed packed with flavors. My husband was looking at his saying that's a lot of rice, but it was so good he ate all of it as I did with my food.

Having a Hawaiian friend has its perk sometimes, as they are able to show you some cool local spots like this. I was craving for some good Hawaiian food, and I'm so glad my friend was able to show me Aloha Kitchen! The Food: I went with the Aloha Plate. This includes Teriyaki Chicken, beef and chicken katsu. When I got the plate, it was huge and packed with food. The meats were delicious, cooked very well and I instantly got that feeling of being back in Hawaii enjoying some good food. If you're looking for something that will leave you satisfied and in a food coma, definitely get the combo plates. The prices were pretty good for what you get as well! The Service: Service was good. Was greeted when my friends and I walked in. Ordering process was simple. You just walk in, order at the front and pick a table to sit at. Food came out in a timely manner as well. No complaints at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Atmosphere: Nice and clean, with plenty of seating. Not much to say or noteworthy that stood out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, a 5/5. Everything here was great. I highly recommend giving this spot a try. I'll be back again for sure.

Fast friendly service I ordered on door dash for pick up but ended up eating it there [[HIGHLIGHT]]restaurant was very clean and had a chill vibe with music playing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] food was great got a breakfast combo with eggs corned beef spam and rice my only critique would be to cook the spam a bit longer to get it a little crispy the teriyaki sauce is warm very good as well over all would eat again 5/5

This is a must stop every time I visit Las Vegas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great ambience, the food is delicious, the price is amazing, and the staff is just wonderful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I was not impressed with the service nor the food but it was late and they were open. Ordered the garlic chicken which was just badly grilled chicken with a garlic gravy sauce. We went to Generation Kitchen earlier in the week and was so spoiled. They set the bar high. This was more Flipino than Hawaiian.

Aloha Kitchen is a great place for Hawaiian and Filipino food. You'll find them at University Square on Maryland, next to Riva's Mexican Grill. There's good parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere is laid back and casual with ample seating for a table or booth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Placing an order is done at the counter. Lumpia Shanghai ($8.49) is a fantastic snack, they give ten pieces that are excellent and crunchy, served with a nice sweet chili sauce. Fried Saimin ($12.49) is very filling and delicious! Noodles are nice and chewy. It has charsui pork sautéed with celery, cabbage, carrots, scallions, and egg. They sold out of Leche Flan. So I opted for Macaroni Salad ($3.99) which is tasty and also good. Service from Yoo and Kimmy is welcoming, friendly, and courteous.

    Eh short ribs.... Pass
    Joseph W.

The service here can be a little better. Not getting the aloha experience. The fried chicken and chili was pretty good. I ordered a side of the short ribs and they were thin and expensive, $14.50 for 2 slices. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Aloha used to be great but with matiki down the street it's no contest. A Hawaiian bbq place should smell like bbq and smoke.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Won't be back as too many better options.

Missing food from home so had to come here for breakfast and get the Adobo Fried Rice Omelette. Kids meal was pretty nicely portioned considering the price; fries were hot. Will definitely be back. Food came out fast and really hot. Service bringing food to the table was really nice.

The oxtail soup was really good: the broth seemed like it has a good amount of shoyu in it (it was dark), and had really nice beef flavor. There were also some shiitake mushrooms, which added to the umami, and fresh cilantro which, paired with the grated ginger, really complemented the savory elements. The oxtails were super tender and plentiful. The meat was well seasoned and fell off the bone. I've eaten a lot of oxtail soup, and this was really good. The limu poke was also solid. The limu was a nice touch: it's not as frequent to see it on the mainland, and I like the smoky flavor it imparts on the poke. The taro turnover was a revelation. It was so good it didn't make it to photos. The pastry crust was flakey, the taro was warm and sweet, and the Carmel drizzle was really nice. It does take 20 minutes to get the turnover, but I think it's worth it.

I was thoroughly unimpressed and my belief in these influences has worn thin. I came here for their famous beef ribs and Mac spam. Firstly, they did not have their famous ribs and from other reviews its been 2 weeks since they've had it. Fine, im not really OK with that but it is what it is bc the business cant control stock and where they have to buy it from. I got a steak and galbi plate that tasted burnt, flavorless and most of all, unlike all the videos I saw, it did NOT come "packed". Im glad it didn't anyways bc i did not enjoy the food. I also got the mac spam and a double spam misubi. Sooooooo much rice and the double spam really equals to one regular spam size at other hawaiian places. The Mac spam was very bland and both the spams not worth its price. The inside was hot and looked old. The music was cool and the cashier, a young woman, looked severely depressed and unenthusiastic. I didn't like the vibe, the cashier was unfriendly, and it was not worth the wait. I give honest reviews. I dont get paid and dont make exaggerated videos.

FOOD #19 - Famous Five Star - 9.1 / 10 A combo platter featuring Kalbi Short Ribs, Ribeye Teriyaki Beef, Chicken Katsu, & Teriyaki Chicken. The Kalbi Short Ribs were impressively meaty. Usually, other Hawaiian places serve fattier ribs with scant meat. The ones here were decently substantial & decently trimmed of unnecessary fat. The sauce is thick, savory, with just the right amount of body + sweetness. The Ribeye Teriyaki Beef is similar but in the form of the best cut on meat. No bones, no necessary fat. It's everything I think of when I think "premium beef". I could eat an entire Family Size bowl of this stuff + steamed white rice. Again, the exact same teriyaki sauce is miles above any other Hawaiian place because its thick, umami, & not-too-sweet. The Chicken Katsu is thick + generous in portion. In fact, this plate was a decent portion to satisfy me & my buddy for a few hours before our epic dinner at The Golden Steer. The macaroni salad was refreshing, medium-bodied, & not too creamy. The macaroni noodles were not-too mushy. The salad itself was noticeably less sweet compared to that at other Hawaiian restaurants. The teriyaki chicken was lean & not fatty. Again, the same sauce really carries this protein to a higher level of other Hawaiian restaurants' teriyaki chicken. Like I said, the owners here are putting in a lot of work to make their offerings miles above what other Hawaiian places do. Hot Dog Masubi - 7.5 / 10 Granted, I'm more of a spam masubi kind-of-guy, this was still a refreshing take on a Hawaiian classic. The peculiar redness of the hot dog links is oddly satisfying. A pretty big size for a snack. Rice was well cooked. Seaweed had a nice chew.

His cousin couldn't stop raving about the food, so we decided to check it out for dinner last night. We ordered the Crackhead Chicken and Da "OG" Beef to share, and I also got a Spam musubi I had been craving. The musubi was HUGE and really hit the spot. We also ordered a side of Crackhead Chicken without the spice for our 1 year old, and she LOVED it. Normally she throws her food, but this time she actually ate it and kept making the cutest "yummy" faces the whole time. The moment I took my first bite of chicken, my reaction said it all. The flavor was INCREDIBLE! It had a perfect balance of sweetness from the coconut and a nice kick from the spices. Everything worked so well together, and the chicken itself was unbelievably moist and juicy. I also loved that the meat was served over the rice, allowing for all the juices to soak in. The rice was soft, flavorful, and just as satisfying. The macaroni salad was hands down my favorite compared to any Hawaiian BBQ spot I've tried. I also had a few bites of the beef, which had an amazing flavor and just the right amount of char to elevate it even more. The only thing that didn't stand out to me was the coleslaw, but we found out later that you can substitute for extra macaroni salad for an additional 50 cents. We will definitely do that next time! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be back whenever we are in the area. One quick note for parents: there are no high chairs available, and we even searched the entire food court. Since it's inside a casino, it's understandable, but just something to keep in mind.
