After shopping for window cleaners, I received a great quote from Colton of Aloha Clean. His fast response was a value-add to us. On the day of cleaning, Colton arrived a bit late due to traffic (according to him). After discussing the plan, he went right to work - did the outside first while the sun wasn't too hot and the inside after a couple of hours. Colton worked our 27 windows in a steady and meticulous fashion. He was nice enough to carry a conversation while working. I did not notice any spills inside or out, and he was done after 5-1/2 hours. When I inspected the windows, I noticed that one of the small screens was damaged. I notified Colton the next day, and he went back after doing one house to replace the mesh. Now, it looks like new! My wife and I were very satisfied with how our windows look - spotless and clean! We are so happy with the service Colton provided us. Both times we reached out to him, he was incredibly prompt and able to come the same day. We had a problem with our gutters making a loud noise during the Santana winds. We were not sure what was causing the problem and the second time Colton visited, he was able to determine the problem with our gutters. Within an hour, he fixed the problem we've been dealing with for a year. He even followed up with us on a windy day to check if we had any more issues.
