We agreed that they would arrive at 1.5 hours before the event started, instead they were 1.5 hours late, arriving at the same time as the guests. I tried texting and calling the owner and she did not accept my phone calls until 45min after she said she would arrive saying she was 15min away. She then arrived 45minutes later. We asked for a large arrangement around two marquee signs and were provided a garland. The lightbulbs on the marquees went out. While we experienced rain and wind during the event it did not impact the displays at all. We simply were over promised and they did not deliver. We expressed our concerns when they arrived and were told we could discuss a change in price afterwards. After first offering us a free display in the future they refused to take responsibility for their tardiness and lack of balloons that we prepaid for. I would not recommend this business to any of my family, friends or businesses in the area.

Each year at our favorite parade & festival in Oakland, Black Joy Parade. She lit up the street with her vibrant & colorful outfit with the energy to match. My family was excited to take a photo.
