my father is 75 disabled man amputee he paid this company $1000 to come out and install a pump. It was leaking ran hot and burn up. Took this company over a week to come out and say yeah it's burnt up. The guy said we will get a pump tomorrow. It's been two additional weeks. Haven't seen or heard from anyone. if they will outright steal from a disabled elderly amputee, they will do you dirty as well. Keep that in mind when considering this company. going on three weeks without water don't have money to pay anyone else. where did standing behind your work go? read more

In August of 2021, I called because the pump they installed the previous October failed. They replaced the check valve - no charge. They could have charged for labor so the rating is 5 star, service after the sale and problem solved. read more

Hired to fix pump. Paid for service. Pump didn't work after they left. Almost burned out pump. Was supposed to come out and fix. Waited a week and they called and said they could not come out for a while. I asked him to return and he Said he would mail me a refund. Called and they won't answer phone or texts. Been almost two weeks and no refund! Person who referred called and no response. Will pursue in court! read more
