The guy on the phone assured me it would be done in "two days!" and was really easy. He then put down the phone without telling me the email address, so I had to call him back and get it (their website doesn't work so no way to know it). Got an even more off-feeling as he kept repeating incorrect dimensions that I'd corrected him on, and how on google street view the shop looks totally dilapidated etc. But whatever, support local small businesses right? Well...after emailing precise instructions over, and not hearing anything back a couple of days later I called asking for the project status, and he asked me if I'd emailed him. I said yes, and he said well his designer "wasn't in the office yet". Uh...ok. Didn't hear anything back again, and waited and waited. Eventually called back a couple of days later and he said the designer's kid was "sick" and then rudely said that he would pull the project and put down the phone. Sorry to hear that (if true) but a simple notification rather than ghosting and making endless excuses would suffice. I won't be giving this place any further business.

It was also clear to me that this business cares about the quality of the product they produce. My contract was for a thinner material sign, but after reviewing the site, the owner decided to upgrade the material to give more durability, which I know cost him more than anticipated. The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.
