If you have brown skin beware! I had the most inhumane…read moreexperience at Nashes Lashes with the owner Judy. She has never been warm to me but I really love Amy so I just kept going. But Judy, never thanked me for a tip. The whole time she's being mean to me she is trying to sell me products. Greedy. Anyway, this doomsday, I felt rushed from the time I entered until the time I left. But while I was getting my procedure done, I could hear her laughing with the customers, so jolly and cheerful. I could also hear them at the counter blabbing, taking their time. Anyway, I usually get a lip wax after Amy does my lashes. When Amy was done I had to pee so bad. Anyway, here comes Judy, I was barely off of the bed and she said come, come NOW! Not allowing me to pee but that's when I said enough is enough. I am a loyal customer and a great tipper. So after my lip wax I used the bathroom and when I came out she was pacing around waiting for me. So when I went to pay she rushed me so bad and pretty much kicked me lout saying you call for your next appt. Are you kidding me? I just heard you kee-keeing it with the white customers. I am not someone to blame everything on racism BUT IT WAS A BLATENT DISRESPECT TO ME. In all of my 62 years I have never been treated this way by anyone much less from someone who I am paying!!! As much as I like Amy I will never give them a dime of my hard earned money! Beware!

The receptionist answered all my weird questions with helpful and professional answers, and Aaliyah made it feel like I was just chatting with a friend the whole time. The establishment was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would 100% go back. Amazing business and wonderful employees!

I anticipated having to pay for consultation and was prepared to pay that and leave if not comfortable. I was surprised from the very beginning! The girl who took my call patiently listened and then recommended Christina. Still hesitant I made appointment. When I went into Z Color Bar the atmosphere was beautiful. I was greeted immediately. Christina came right over- she is not only beautiful but so nice and comforting! ( I can also say- her hair looked great!) She totally took her time- went thru my hair looking at it- did not seem worried at all. She had already been told of my hair issue and had a plan already thought of!!! Christina explained what we could do and long term what we could do. I have long hair and was so disgusted at the damage done prior I was ready to cut it all off. Christina said that was totally not what we were going to do. There was no pressure to do anything I did not want to do. Long story short-- I LOVE MY HAIR! It looks great and feels great. Before I left Christina made sure to tell my any issues to let her know- and we can adjust. I made sure I booked my next appt. Not only did my hair come out great but all the services and products purchased did not break the bank! The owner is also great- very personable!
