They've got a bunch of other items, too, sweating away on the grill (bondiola, morcilla, etc). The choripan is excellent. The vaciopan involves a huge slab of unexpectedly tender, fatty vacio (flank), though you'll need to salt the thing yourself. Chimichurri and salsa criolla in big tubs on the table are garlicky and herby, there more for the principle of it. When you get your wine, ask for "soda" - you'll get an old-timey siphon that spouts carbonated water into your wine. Sounds weird, but this was the best thing ever. If the youngish grillmaster (is this the famous Fredy?) isn't slapping together your choripan or raking the coals in the grill, he's chatting with his buddies who hang around the open entrance drinking beer. Yellowed notes left from worldwide visitors cover the walls. Worth a visit? Yes!
