I called several places in which did not deliver to 73089 zip code. I did not want to order on line. I called Sunflower Boutique & Salon on Saturday morning and asked for an arrangement to be put as I didn't really see anything on their website, color wise I liked . Mackenzie was very friendly & helpful and walked me through some colors to create a beautiful arrangement for our friend. In less than 2-3 hours, the flowers were delivered & our friend sent us a picture of the arrangement and it was perfect ! Thank you again Mackenzie for making it so easy for us to order flower from California, over the phone & for getting them out for delivery so quick! We love supporting businesses for this reason .

Our tradition started by my mom is to wake up the birthday boy/girl with a mini pyramid of the small, round, Hostess donuts with a candle on top. The family (all present) would then commence with sing "Happy Birthday". This tradition was carried on to my kids and we enjoy the sentiment. With my kids now living in different states I try to ship them their mini donuts in their annual birthday package. This year, I was late with Megan's and thought maybe sending her some flowers would at least help until I could get her shipment out. I called Ms. Kendall at Kendall's Flowers and Gifts to order a nice bouquet. Out of the blue I began to wonder if it would be possible, or probable, that a florist so many states away could fill an odd donut request while delivering a beautiful bouquet to my daughter. I explained the tradition, explained that I knew it was unusual, and asked if it was possible to also add a small package of donuts. Ms. Kendall laughed and asked what her favorite flavor was and told me no problem. I WAS SURPRISED! Ms. Kendall not only delivered the flowers and donuts, but she also removed the donuts from the package, put them on a plate wrapped in cellophane with a bow on top. Candle include! My daughter called in tears touched by the warmth of our tradition. THIS IS DEFINITELY WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank you to Kendall's Flowers and Gifts, and Ms. Kendall specifically for helping us make my daughters birthday so special. I'm deeply grateful.

I ordered what they referred to as a "blooming plant" What they sent was a green plant with no flowers on it whatsoever. It appears to be just a common green plant. I assumed that they had gotten my order mixed up and shipped the wrong thing. When I called them to ask about it they told me that they just ship what plant they have in stock and the pictures on their website is just examples of what you might get. I asked why they didn't put that on their page by the examples but got no response. All I am saying is if you order from this business it is potluck as to what you get so beware.

My wedding was on July 5, and the plan my florist and I made during my consultation hinged on tons of greenery, especially for the table centerpieces, for a gorgeous woodland wedding. Well, 80% of that greenery didn't come. It was a problem somewhere on the ordering end by FlowerMoxie or their supplier, nothing to do with me. Because of the holiday weekend, they couldn't just send replacements the next day. I had to spend extra time and money, and redesign my entire floral plan 3 days before the event. FlowerMoxie told me they would refund just the specific greenery that was missing, and cut me loose to fend for myself. I asked for a full refund because I would no longer be able to use the design plan I had purchased, or many of the supplies I had purchased, or possibly some of the flowers I had purchased. Those expenses don't even account for the extra time and anxiety involved in suddenly having to redesign all the flower arrangements, and then go purchase more greenery and flowers for the new design at the grocery store. They offered me less than a 10% refund on the cost of the flowers alone (not including the supplies or the designs), because after all, they got some of the order correct. If I had ordered a cake baking kit, and it came with all the other ingredients but only 20% of the flour, it wouldn't matter that the other parts came. It wouldn't be the kit I had ordered. Add to that, the price and quality of the grocery store greenery and flowers I purchased were basically the same as FlowerMoxie's price per stem and floral quality. Take your business elsewhere. Support a local florist and save yourself the headache despite the extra cost, or use another service to order bulk flowers so that if the company you order from messes up, they won't ask you to pay for their mistakes.

The blooms were fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than I imagined--truly some of the healthiest flowers I've ever seen. But from the very beginning, Maria and the Flower Moxie team were incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Maria walked me through every step with warmth and thoughtfulness, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They really knocked it out of the park. The flowers added so much magic to our day. I used them for our welcome sign, cake, bud vases, and to transform a faux white-and-green arch and floral meadow by adding real, colorful blooms--and the final result was breathtaking. The longer and more fun story is my wife's birthday was coming up, and I had ordered her favorite flowers weeks in advance. But then, an Oklahoma ice storm hit, and everything went sideways. The florist was super apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right. They reached out to everyone on their contact list to try and source the flowers but with no luck they offered to deliver it themselves at no extra cost. But then, things really took a turn for the worse... They asked me for my opinion on what type of flower arrangement she would like instead. Oh did I side step those shenanigans. I wasn't about to mansplain my way into having them make a flower arrangement that would look like a 6-year-old's jack-o'-lantern. So, I said, "Just make it epic and I trust you to do it." And wow, did they deliver! My wife was so thrilled with the arrangement, and the entire experience was truly a delight. The end result and service I received were far superior to what I could have gotten by clicking some buttons on a big flower website and hoping for the best. I'm so glad I found this local business. They're truly exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable flower arrangement.
