I think there was a miscommunication. I asked for a plant with a few fresh flowers. The girl…read morehelping me said they could do a certain type of plant (I can't remember what she called it), but with the kind of flowers they put in it, they would have water tubes and only last about 8 hours. Since this was to be the delivered the day before the funeral I told her I didn't want that kind and wanted something that would last longer. I spent $102 total and got an ugly, plain plant with the $20 crystal cross that I requested stuck on the dirt and pushed against the plant. The plant was so plain that I was ashamed of it and apologized to the family. I have used this florist multiple times in the past and have always been thrilled. This order was a complete disappointment. Next time I will make sure we are both on the same page.
