A friend of mine ordered my flowers to be delivered to me the day after I had surgery! It was a complete surprise,, and she honestly could not have picked a more perfect place to order from! The gentleman who delivered them was very kind and professional! The floral arrangement was absolutely stunning! When my husband brought them in my room to me, my mouth legit dropped! I absolutely LOVED them!! They were delivered on Tuesday, and here it is on Sunday, and they are still just as fresh and beautiful! Only a few of the roses are starting to begin to fade in freshness! Last Friday January 21st. I ordered from St. Louis Missouri a Glorious Gratitude Orchid, a marvelous blooming orchid to a very special person, my aunt, who lives in Norman Oklahoma and has a glorious garden. Red Bud clarified me the they didn't have the glass vase as on the picture, but the orchid plant with similar flower stems will be delivered in a white ceramic vase. I am very disappointed because Red Bud delivered a very simple orchid plant with two poor flowering stems! Very, very, very disappointed. Never again! read more

Very nice little florist and gift shop on N. Flood in Norman. I came in on a Wednesday late in the afternoon. There were 3 women working in the back on orders, and I was helped immediately. The shop looks small on the outside, but it is fairly good size when you enter. There are a couple of rooms filled with various gifts and flower arrangements, as well as a large refrigerator and the back room. I needed a small but specific bouquet of flowers, and I was given several options. Once I picked the flowers, they were put into a bouquet with some baby's breath, and those water deals they clip on the end which allow the flowers to last longer. Very nice touch, and one that I didn't ask for. The prices were reasonable. If you just drive by and see the front of the building you might be discouraged from stopping due to a complete lack of parking on Flood. Don't let that stop you, there is plenty of parking in the back, along with easy entrance and exits. Redbud is a solid shop, and next time I am in need of flowers I would absolutely return. read more

If I could, I would give this business 0 stars. Because I live far away from my Mom, I often purchase flowers for various occasions, and have to depend on the businesses to offer/deliver a quality product. I ordered what appeared to be a gorgeous arrangement of tulips and accent flowers from Redbud Floral for Mother's Day. Although you can buy 3 bunches of lovely tulips, here in Seattle, for $10, being out of town I can't create my own bouquet. My mom sent me a photo of the flowers, and I was disappointed (that would be putting it mildly), especially since they cost upwards of $70. Here are my complaints: --the number of tulips was paltry (I bought the "classic" configuration) --the arrangement was awful and appeared to be down with care or attention to composition --the accent flowers were few, and ugly --the color combination was jarring When I tried to contact customer service on their website, that was the only link that didn't work!! I don't recommend ordering flowers from this business. read more

Quite possibly the worst floral arrangement i've ever paid for. My father and i picked out some flowers for my mother for valentine's day. (He takes a lot of pride in this because he loves to especially pick out flowers for her) We chose this business due to the stunning pictures of the arrangements online. We were both so excited to see how beautiful they were when they came in, instead i had to watch my dad feel ashamed of the flowers he specially picked out and ordered for my mom. He didn't feel that they were beautiful enough to present to her on such a special day. They were the same quality as flowers he's brought home from sams or homeland, if not less. We can understand that valentine's day is the busiest day of the year for every flower shop, but it should also be the day that floral shops make sure that everything they send out is very special and beautiful because someone paid for and sent them out of love. What a careless business if someone sent out such an arrangement when they know how special of a day it should be. It seems as though they saved every penny possible and spared every flower possible in order to give the absolute least. We even paid for the premium arrangement expecting it to be a huge and beautiful bouquet. Here's a comparison to a $5 bouquet from walmart. Ordered roses from here Monday. I called to see where they were and they said they were headed out the door with them. The 15 minute drive took over an hour. Still not a big deal. Looked nice when delivered. My disappointment came when the flowers looked terrible already by Thursday. I could have gone to homeland and gotten roses for 1/5 the price and they would have lasted twice as long. Never ordering from this location again. read more

Place online order for Christmas Gift for family to deliver on Christmas Eve. The main reason I went with Redbud was that they could deliver. On the day after Christmas I got a call from my family thanking me for the lovely arrangement that they just recieved. I waited a few days to see if anyone from the Redbud would call me to explain what happened. I just called and talked to manager. She was gracious and very appoligic. I spent 96 dollars and some change. appx 10 of that was del fee. She refunded the delivery fee and that was it. My Sister loved the arrangement and it was in a keepsake vase that she said she would treasure every year. But for the cost and the missed deliver date with no notification, I will not use them again. read more

I ordered my niece flowers on a Saturday for $70+. I received an order confirmation and assumed the flowers were sent. On the Monday following, I received a phone call asking if I still wanted the flowers delivered since they reportedly had just received my order Monday morning. I expressed that I was disappointed my niece had not received her flowers. The florist stated, "Yeah, I don't know what happened". No apology, no discount offered. Ordering is an essential part of a business based primarily on delivery. This business is woefully inept to fulfill the customer's wishes if they cannot insure the ordering process and are unwilling to extend courtesy and apology to those they have been disappointed.
