It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Kim Foster helped to give me my life - AND my body -…read moreback. For years I had been struggling with severe stomach bloating and weight gain despite eating moderately and overall eating a very healthy, organic, gluten-free, Paleo-based diet. Every doctor I saw completely dismissed my symptoms - and my deep concern regarding the fact that I could hardly recognize myself anymore (I had gained a great deal of weight in the space of a few years, and my knees were so strained I could no longer participate in adult ballet classes anymore). One provider casually told me to "Take Tums" after I carefully explained some odd digestive distress I was experiencing - NOT helpful, to say the least. I knew at this point that mainstream medicine would be of no use to me at all when it came to this severe bloating I was experiencing. I found Dr. Foster via a google search. After visiting her in person and her running some comprehensive, cutting-edge tests, she confirmed what I had suspected: I was suffering from a severe case of stomach inflammation and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), among other things. This, I realize now, was likely a result of a dying gallbladder that was interfering with my digestive processes, which I have since had taken out. After prescribing a thoughtful blend of herbal and pharmaceutical treatments, the bloating slowly began to recede over a period of two months and the weight began to come off. 6 months after seeing Dr. Foster for the first time, I am 34 pounds lighter and my stomach is flat for the first time in 10 years. I was able to resume my ballet classes and in many ways, at the post-menopausal age of 61, I truly do feel re-born. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Foster and her team, and cannot thank them enough for providing an alternative pathway to healing.

She is professional, knowledgeable in how the body works together (helpful in treating the root cause of health issues) and in various diagnostic tests, those tests that are gold standards and others that may be beneficial, but not necessarily mainstream. She is caring and thoroughly explains treatment options. Dr. Kim is sensitive to patient costs when considering treatment options. I followed a protocol she recommended for me and my health has greatly benefited, even keeping me from having to take recommended prescription medications.

I've made more progress with her in just a few months than I have with any other P/T I've seen (& I've seen some for many many months)! For the first time I feel like I'm having actual success with my physical therapy! She's also the first P/T I've seen who made me feel completely ok with the low-fitness level I started at, a very accepting attitude and easily meeting me where I was to help me with my joint instability & muscle weakness. Christine is so awesome, that she's also very busy. It was a wait of several weeks before I was able to get in to see her, (COVID likely helped make that longer than it would've been in the 'before times'), but the wait was absolutely worth it!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christine & Mobility Project Physical Therapy. If you also have issues with hypermobile joints, you NEED to see Christine!

I have nothing against the physical therapists there, they are great. Unfortunately, I have had a…read moreterrible experience with the front desk staff. I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.

Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.
