The original building is actually a replica of George a Washington's Mt. Vernon and still has many of the period floors and interior decor. The food and services are outstanding with many traditional dinner dishes like dock and steaks. They offer a wonderful brunch and there's even the "Tap Room" for more casual dining. We didn't have to wait long to be seated even though there were six of us. There were so many appealing items on the menu that it was hard to chose. Our server, Chau, was patient and helpful (even when I changed my mind about what to eat). Most of us ordered non-alcoholic drinks (their lemonade is delicious and not too sweet) and their home-baked bread, which was cut into quarters, was hearty and delicious, especially with the fresh butter that melted on impact. I started out with the Gaspacho, which was nice and cold, flavorful and just a bit chunky. For the main course I chose the Lobster Roll, without the roll, with half salad and half french fries. The meal in total was out of this world, and if I lived here I'd be at this place frequently. This restaurant also has facilities for recreation such as swimming pools, spa and I believe you can book a room as well. The grounds are spectacular and a perfect place to get away from the city. This establishment was awarded with the distinction at par with the Micheline 5-star rating, and I can understand why, even only having seen a fraction of the facilities. It's a little piece of heaven.

The service was both English and French and they offered to take our parkas away. That's a nice considering how bulky these jackets are in the winter. I booked resos for six of us here on vacation as I heard this spot fills up quickly. We sat at one of their picnic benches in the center room. The decor is awesome, it's filled with ski hill imagery, toboggans, sugar shack stuff, and animals you'd catch in a Canadian forest. I ordered the breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast and hashbrowns with a side yogurt. The breakfasts are HUGE so you can easily share with someone else if you're not in the mood to eat a full one yourself. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the toast buttered and fluffy, the hashbrowns were cooked well and seasoned well which is such a bonus as I find sometimes hashbrowns are lacking a lot. The side yogurt was surprisingly the highlight for me! It came with maple syrup, fruit and granola. I absolutely devoured it! The service was great here too, and they came by with drip coffee top up! They know their audience. I would 100% go back here!

Unfortunately we came close to closing time so a lot of things were gone. But there were still some huge croissants and Chocolatine, Quiche, cakes, pastries. We ordered six chocolatines to go and one quiche Lorraine. The Chocolatine were 2.65$ each, the croissants were 2$ ezch and the quiche were 15$ each. I was simply amazed by the size of the Chocolatines I couldn't pass up get! And even after a 1 he ride back home the Chocolatines were still flaky and crunchy. We put one of them in the microwave for 5 seconds just to melt the chocolate inside and wow the chocolate was owy gooey melted while the outside was still flaky and buttery! The quiche we actually had it the next day. I put it back in the oven 325 For 15 minutes. Checking in between when I was close to five minutes left to make sure they didn't burn. Cutting the slice the layers looked great! Starting from the bottom there was A layer of pie, A layer of ham, on top of that a layer of egg and finally a layer of cheese. The crust was a little thick for my liking but it was still very good. I was very impressed by the Chocolatines so I would definitely get more of those! Great place to check out if your on your way to Bromont or on your way back like us!

It's conveniently located near Old Town's main attractions, as well as other food spots and shops. The ambiance inside is lovely, and the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. We ordered the French onion soup and a classic crêpe with egg, ham, cheese, and seasonal vegetables. The French onion soup was absolutely outstanding--easily one of the best I've ever had. The crêpe was equally delicious and far better than what we typically find back home. The only options for the egg were scrambled or over-easy, which felt a bit limited. Also worth noting: no Coke Zero, but Diet Coke is available. Overall, this spot is a must-visit if you're craving authentic crêpes and exceptional French onion soup.

The meal was mostly a hit with the shredded duck savory crepes a big hit. The French Onion soup was also very delicious! I did debate whether to try the dessert versions but ultimately stuck with the savory. The only miss was the La Cannoise, with ricotta, spinach, olives, tomato sauce, egg and pesto which was not a hit. Just a weird combination of flavors that I guess I don't find mesh well, this dish was mostly left behind. Service was really friendly and helpful.

Soggy french fries drowning in a mess of metallic-tasting gravy and cheesy bits that don't seem to belong. Not here. These were pretty good. Thick-cut steak fries with a crust prevented any sogginess. As did the gravy: a proper amount so it didn't resemble french fry soup. Perhaps not made from scratch but at least from a decent stock base so it had actual flavor, wasn't pasty-thick from flour, and the quantity was reasonable. The cheese curds had very little flavor of their own but I liked their texture: just slightly chewy and beginning to melt from the heat but not completely. Overall the dish was rather salty, much of which came from the smoked meat add-on. (Montreal) smoked meat is similar to what is called pastrami or corned beef in the USA. It was in the form of cut-up squares of deli slices liberally sprinkled on top. I think I'd prefer small diced cubes, the size and shape of bagged frozen carrots. Interesting, though I think I'd try one of their many other add-ons next time. I'd probably be bored with plain poutine. The best poutine anywhere? I'm still too new to this dish to say for sure. Probably not the best but good, fun to eat, and filling. I think we shared a small and it was enough for both of us for a light lunch. We also had coffee which was above average and came with free refills. Being a nice day we sat outside in the sidewalk dining area and watched the activity on the Bedford main street. There is table service outside but you go in to pay. Our waitress was great, spoke pretty good English, and helped me connect my phone to their wifi. Inside looked nice too. There was a main cafe area and a back room filled with pool tables, foosball, dartboards, and the like. It's mostly a breakfast and brunch place. There are many standard breakfast items but I'm more intrigued by the breakfast poutine and crepes. The desserts looked great too but I didn't try any. Definitely worth a visit. I'd try it again for sure.
