Previous cleanings had been in the morning or around noon, so I was surprised when the team simply showed up around 3:30 PM on a weekday without any prior communication. That is quite late in the day for an appointment that had never actually been confirmed. When I texted the owner and explained that I would do much better with an actual scheduled time, the only response I received was "OK." I've also found that some of the owner's communication can come across as a little abrupt or rude. Again, I think they do a good job cleaning, but reliable scheduling and clear, courteous communication are important to me when someone is coming into my home. Because of that, I don't think this is the right service for us.
