She was nice and tried hard but never advanced beyond simple play therapy and she quit after just 4-months. The next individual assigned to him had zero experience in therapy and couldn't even establish communications with our grandson. We learned from her that she was working on her GED and had no prior ABA experience. She lasted just weeks before the ABA therapy with this group was terminated. Very little value to get individuals with no experience in ABA therapy to work with a child in need.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Waste of time!!! I called two weeks ago,…read moregave them all my information, including my insurance information, and set up an appointment for my child. They then called me the friday before my appointment asking me to reschedule, no reason given. So I rescheduled. Then they called me the friday before my appointment again stating that they were not open on MLK day and they wanted to reschedule the appointment, unless I could come in at 0900. I explained that I work and that I would need an afternoon appointment, and that I didnt mind rescheduling again if need be. The lady I spoke to was rude and said, so your going to need an afternoon appointment every time. I said yes, because I work. She said fine then to accomidate you we will keep the appointment for the same time and day. We then showed up for appointment and after waiting 20 minutes, they started asking me about my insurance company and that they dont take my insurance. I told them that they had two weeks to figure this out and it should have been figured out by them prior to me coming in, especially since my insurance said they were in network. So not only did they reschedule me once, then wanted to reschedule me again, they didn't even have the common courtesy to verify my insurance. I took off early from work so that my child can get the help he needs. I walked out and will never ever go there again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know what a joke this place is. I will find a much better place to service my child's needs... again DO NOT GO HERE.. Rude personnel!!!
