The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The reason I am writing a review is because this company fulfilled the order not wrong once, but twice. Including pictures so you can see what I ordered, compared to what got delivered... not once, but twice. If you are unable to fulfill an order, don't take it on.
