For starters...turnover is EXTREMELY high. This should always raise red flags whether you patron a business or you're looking to work for one. Ally Behavior Centers is filled with good people that have good intentions but they fail by design. They are not equipped to service the number of kids they do and unfortunately despite being short-staffed will continue to add clients. This is clearly about money and unfortunately since ABA is a high-need field this is likely to not change. Employees are overworked, underpaid and denied their PTO even when sick. They're also forced to work in extremely uncomfortable conditions. AC in the clinic might be broken, yet business runs as usual. It should not be 80 degrees inside an establishment where kids are. Why not close for a day or two to have it fixed? Mind you, this was during the peak of summer. This "clinic" has its staff clean the center daily. Not to mention you have about 5 minutes to do so because even if you stay past 5:15pm, management will adjust your timesheet and you will NOT get any overtime. They do have cleaning staff as well but makes you wonder how effective anything is disinfected when a majority of it is left to its employees. In a 6 month period, watched at least 10 people leave. This should NOT be normalized. The company does not do any sensitivity/cultural awareness training which is a huge missed opportunity ESPECIALLY working in "health care". It is hard to call this a clinic for the lack of PPE, lack of safety measures/protocols. For example: management staff inconsistently takes kids' temperatures which of course leads to inaccurate temperature readings. PLEASE train staff on WHERE temperatures should be taken depending on the instrument used and how old the child is. Lastly, communication is key, no matter how uncomfortable. Parents and caregivers deserve to know the truth. AC broken? Tell them. Overstaffed? Carefully let them know. The kids deserve 1:1 therapy as promised to them and they also deserve to have techs with them that are familiar to their protocol and not sick, anxious and/or overwhelmed. The place has potential to be great and hope they find a way to adjust soon so they can maintain a positive reputation. If you ask around, you're likely to get mixed reviews. I hope some parents have been pleased with the services offer here but please know there's a lot happening beneath the surface. Hope this helps. read more

Amazing program, amazing staff! My daughter started in mid-August with little to no language, and now she's reading, full of great behaviors, and overflowing with confidence. As a first-time mom, I'm typically full of worry when my child is away from me, given her situation. But with Ally Behavior, they truly go above and beyond -- you can feel the care that extends beyond center hours. Bad people they reject my 4 year old daughter 3 or2 month before she turn 5. They Say defered kindergarten form. And they will accept her if I do that is very rude. I went to little leaves and I got the best sevices. My child starts talking words after attending little leaves. Now she is 6. Those are jerks. Stay away. read more

As a neurodivergent parent I was extremely hesitant to initiate ABA therapy for my son with the origins of ABA therapy being unethical. So when I was did start this process I was hypercritical from the very first phone call. To my pleasant surprise from that very first phone call the site manager spent over an hour answering all my questions and concerns. Our BCBA is so educated and so phenomenal and goes above and beyond everything single day. I will begin with the positive: I will not discredit the fact that Ally does hold good staff who has helped pave the road to my son exploding with words and for this I will be forever Grateful for the season that he was able to have a quality RBT, OT & BCBA. However, my biggest disheartening complaint with Ally is the fact that as they have grown, it is clear they are a numbers motto, not quality. They have high turnover, lack of transparency, inability to be open & forthcoming with changes in clinic, administrative staff has been defensive when myself as a concerned parent has asked questions which gave me great concern and pause. If you are looking for flexibility with hours to fit your families needs or consistency, this is not the company for you. I knew coming into this clinic, it was newly established and didn't feel 100% confident it would be the perfect fit, but felt Ally was my only option moving in the middle of a pandemic with most clinics closed. Im grateful that Ally was NOT our very first experience with ABA. When you start with a well versed, established, client & family first clinic, it surely sets high standards as it should. I realize that every company has bumps along the way and not everything works as planned, however when you continue to bring new clients in already being short staffed with constant turnover, there is definitely a change needed. Ally Behavior has been a blessing to our family since the moment I called for an inquiry about ABA services for our son. The staff treated us with compassion and respect every step of the way. As many know (or perhaps don't know) navigating through health care is hard, but navigating through health care to find suitable to exceptional ABA services for a child with an Autism diagnosis is extremely hard. Having Ally working behind the scenes directly with our health insurance company directly, took all the stress off of our plate. Since our son has been enrolled, we have seen such a positive change in just one month! He is requesting, following directions, playing with other children and most recently, counting! We are extremely pleased with his progress and are so excited to see him thrive!
