The woman Kerry in the Greenville office was quite nice and def sold the package. The photos they had to show us were done beautifully during our initial meeting. Please be aware that this is a very large company and you will get paired with a photographer who they say "meet your needs", but honestly its who ever is avail. We did meet with our photographer Dustin in the Springfield office. We discussed pictures and the wedding day plans. Now it did rain and had to alter our picture plans, but the two stars are for the pics that were taken were just OK. The venue had some great shots that weren't captured and of course we can see this now thinking back. The assistant actually took better shots. The pics weren't special and for some reason they decided our band needed a good 15 pictures or more. Not even all of my guests were captured or each table, but they got the band and lots of them. I know they did their best, but for the price and what we received I would have to say please go and try someone else. Your wedding day is a memorable moment and if you want average pics you should pay average price. We did have an amazing day no matter weather or pictures and that truly is what matters most.

We knew the place we chose (mountain top) was beautiful on its own, but they managed to find even better spots and more incredible shots than we could have even imagined. What looked like an ordinary golf course and bench, for example, turned into this gorgeous fall foliage field. They experimented with drones, giving us these unreal artistic shots, but the heart of who they are was taking photos of our special moments -- tears, laughter, love, dancing and all. And they froze their butts off with us to get it done in unseasonably cold weather! Plus, damn, they are well-oiled machines, with such organization and precision to make sure we got all the photos we wanted without having to spend a lot of time away from the celebration. We not only cannot recommend JPG, we would strongly caution against using them. In spite of planning together with the photographer and being clear about our intentions not to photograph the prep, we had to wait for them to set up after we were long ready. The 14 weeks from event to actual pictures were astonishing. Even more so after getting them and seeing just how little thought and effort went into their editing and "organization". Also - be prepared to be referred to your contract repeatedly. They will hold it up anytime you ask for something.

I called OK Video and Tricia was wonderful and assured me they would try and fix the vhs tape and have everything ready and copied in the next week or so. When I walked in Tricia greeted me with a smile, looked at the tape and said it probably won't be a problem. I got a call a few days later that it was all fixed and copies were made. They not only charged less than they told me, but gave me a discount as well. They were accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond in my opinion. When I asked the gentleman that fixed it how bad it was, he said it just needed to be put in a new tape. It was not that bad and it only cost $15 to replace the vhs tape. I am so thankful that after my Father passed away, that I can share this gift of his video with my siblings this Christmas.
