    Where do I even start? My relationship with Allure spans nearly a decade, going back to when I first worked with their incredible manager, David, on event after event. If you need something done, David is the person to go to--he makes things happen, every single time. From birthdays and anniversaries to baby showers and corporate events, Allure has done it all for me, and the food is always the highlight of the night. Guests rave about it long after each event ends! So when it came time to plan my wedding, there was no one else I'd trust with such an important day--and they did not disappoint. Every detail was flawlessly handled, and my guests never had to wait a moment to be served. The servers--Artur, Kevin, and Vazgen--were amazing, attentive, and made everyone feel like VIPs. They have an incredible range of food options, and everything is always top-notch. As a bride, I felt completely taken care of. David was there, overseeing everything and making sure the event flowed perfectly. Choosing Allure's catering was one of the best decisions I made, and I'll continue to choose them for future events. I know I can rely on them completely, and I couldn't be happier with their work!

    Attending the venue for the first time as a guest. It's tucked away off Van Nuys Blvd. Valet parking was available upon arrival. This venue was perfect for the B'nai Mitzvah I was attending. The outside was set up as a lounge area and red carpet. The foyer at entrance was decorated and very contemporary with the design of the mirrors, lighting fixtures and furniture. The bathrooms were very sleek and modern as well. The main ballroom was dual purpose for the religious ceremony and the reception celebration to follow. The lighting fixtures were elegant and the color pallet was very neutral so not distracting to the theme. Wonderful venue staff. Very attentive. Bar staff and table staff were very professional. The catering was delicious. I am considering using this venue for my own future events.

The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!

    Very last minute our wedding venue told us we needed a day-of coordinator. It wasn't something…read morementioned to us before. We had already done all the footwork, booked vendors, had the timeline done and sent to vendors, planned, etc.... EVERYTHING was done! We were trying so hard to find a place that understood the situation and that we didn't need an over all planner/coordinator but a day-of coordinator. Lily from Orange Blossom stepped up to the plate and did a phenomenal job!! She understood that we just needed someone there the day of and she never once overstepped or made us feel stressed. She followed our wishes perfectly and made sure our timeline was fulfilled to a T! Lily is extremely professional, patient and kind. She goes above and beyond on the day and made sure nothing went wrong!! We greatly appreciate Lily for taking us on as clients and being so easygoing, organized and kind! I also want to stress that Orange Blossom and Lily were kind enough to give us a discount since we had already done all the footwork! They didn't feel it was morally right to charge us for an overall planner/coordinator. It's rare (especially in the wedding industry) to find people with such great morals, integrity and kindness. But Lily and Orange Blossom are full of that! Thank you so much for all of your help, Lily! We appreciate you so much!! She deserves a raise and all the flowers. She's truly the best!

I recently got married at Hart and Main, and the team Tricia provided--especially Tiffany and Karlie--were nothing short of phenomenal. These two are incredibly talented and hardworking. They didn't just "work" the event--they owned it with grace, professionalism, and care. What truly made our wedding day seamless was their ability to anticipate every need before we even realized it ourselves. Our wedding took place during an intense heatwave, and Tiffany and Karlie went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and cared for the entire day. From keeping us hydrated to bringing us drinks and appetizers in our bridal suite right after the ceremony--including our custom his-and-hers cocktails--they truly thought of everything. They also handled every single detail I brought to the venue--from bar signs and napkins to dinnerware and décor. I didn't have to lift a finger. They took my vision and brought it to life with care and precision, setting everything up exactly how I had imagined. They even double-checked with me on the little things to make sure everything was just right, and it absolutely was. There was a moment when the heat really started to overwhelm me, and I honestly think I would've had a meltdown if it weren't for their calm, thoughtful presence. During our meetings with vendors, she let me take the reins because I'm type-A so I generally took control of a lot of aspects of the wedding, but when she needed to step in, she did and had meaningful comments and questions to add. I highly recommend a wedding coordinator as well as XOXO, even if you are a type-A bride. I never thought I would need a coordinator, but Kehau showed me that I did lol. She gave us many recommendations for different vendors, was in all the meetings, helped with all questions and was pretty speedy to answer. While the months leading up to the wedding were quieter, once it was the month/week before the wedding, Kehau really stepped up. She coordinated with all the vendors and with the venue without involving me, which I really appreciated so I would not be so stressed. Pretty much everything went according to plan (there's always something -- but not Kehau's fault). For the rehearsal, Kehau was on top of everything and made sure everyone knew their place. She helped take all the items I purchased out of my hands and store them before the wedding so they could be arranged without me. Day-of wedding, everything was decorated as I wanted. Everything looked beautiful and went smoothly. She was always there, making sure everything was timed well and whatever I needed. There was one hiccup with the menus, but she handled it calmly and it was fixed quickly. Post-wedding, we realized there were a few hiccups that were under Kehau's oversight that should have been clearer or better communicated. Some things were lost, others placed in wrong cars, and ultimately most things were fine, but just wish they were communicated better. Overall, highly recommend Kehau and XOXO. She was always upbeat, friendly, happy and kind. Thanks!!

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether. On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people! On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions. I can really say I was present throughout the wedding, and focused on getting married! Everything else, Emily handled so beautifully.
