This is my favorite boutique. The selection of clothes is so cute and unique. I love coquette style, and this is the only place in the Bay Area with such great hand picked pieces. This is a small business and I love supporting local. I frequently come here because it feels nice even just browsing the beautiful store and looking at the gorgeous clothing. This is the place to go for skirts, dresses, sweaters, and two piece sets. I always get many compliments when I wear clothes from here. I love being able to wear clothes that most people will not have. I have a large wardrobe of things from this store and it's never enough, I always go back for more! The owner is very nice and she takes very good care of the store and all the clothes there. She goes out of her way to help me pick out the right outfits.

Pink store. Cute stuff. This is the most disrespectful, disturbing store I have ever been to. I've had bad service before and let it go bc you just never know what someone went through....... but my Lord this store is just so mean. Here is my interesting experience. Hannah, says she" gives a respectful service , personalized styling service with advices. " This is NOT true. I walked in the store with intention to buy MANY pieces for an important event..... I went into the fitting room a total of two times bc I need to mix and match the wardrobe. (I came in to spend $500+ if necessary ) NOT to waste anyone's time. I know what I want and I know what I like so I happily helped MYSELF in the store. All those clothes I had were to be purchased. I came during a day that was slow and empty to make sure I was respectful of customers. I even buttoned, zipped, and hung up all the go backs because I know that doing "go backs" is a part of the job and that it can make the employees life easier. Anyway, The owner called me "inconsiderate" for trying on clothes. I did nothing wrong to disrespect anyone in the store , even other days without trying anything on she makes you feel so bad for just "browsing." While shopping the owner/employee was cursing me out all over the store saying "F@!&k this stupid b!+(h) over and over. I couldn't believe she was talking to me? I thought she had a bad shipment come in or something. I asked her ONE question about the clothes and she aggressively answers (I DON'T KNOWWW!!) I figured she was having a bad day so I let it go. I went into the fitting room a total of 2 times and by the third time I asked her to unlock the door (it's an automatic locking door) She screams at me pointing her finger at me saying" I TOLD YOU TO STOP LOCKING THE DOOR !!!! SINCE YOU CANT LISTEN YOU CAN GO CHANGE OVER THERE IN THE CURTAINS!!!!!" At that point I was just exhausted with her treatment. I spent a total of 1.5-2 hours wasting my time and her time bc I just couldn't shop in her store anymore. I before worked as a personal luxury stylist for 7 years and welcomed any new customers. I treated all my customers the same , even if they weren't going to buy anything. It's for the love of the game. I would expect this anywhere else, not from a store that sells cutesy pink clothes. If you can't change your attitudes or handle the services you have to offer then maybe run a different business? If doing go backs is too inconsiderate then why not remove your fitting rooms?

Terrible customer service. The owner or employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to us in her own language and was clearly cussing us out, thinking we wouldn't understand. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business. We were respectful customers and did nothing to deserve that treatment. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Love my fuzzy elegant pearl cardigan. I get so many compliments. I had to go back to buy another for a gift. It's the perfect fancy warm and cozy cardigan. If I need a cute dress, I know where to go. So many cute sexy dresses! The casual lounge at home sets are super cute also. I work from home and always looking for something comfortable to change into so I'm not in pjs all day... gotta check this boutique out... lots of good finds! Can't wait till they open a bigger store in Oakridge mall. Own (Heather) is very sweet & helpful. She is the designer and hand selects her products... you can tell the way she takes pride in marketing her products. (Pictures to be posted soon)

I was scowled at for looking at merchandise. Could hardly spend more than 2 minutes in the store.

It's actually my favorite location compares to the other Ross in the area. There is always more items and options on the rack. I never had a bad experience where I would give them one star... This review is primarily based on today's visit though. This location has always been busy with people yelling or talking very loudly to each other. Despite all the commotions, majority of the racks were pretty organize and stocked in my opinion. I've never seen it so organize in the past so I was pretty shock myself. I was able to find quite a few items - all items were $15.99 or less. Definitely a steal compare to the mall. The floor and fitting room are not in the best condition so watch out for that. The line is long per usual and customers are not wrong when they said they literally had only 2-3 cashiers. One mainly focus on the returns/exchange. If you're in a rush or are impatient, please don't come here. You'll definitely be leaving empty handed or angry. I wish I had asked for the cashier's name today because she was great! Very friendly, quick with all transactions, and asked how the customers are doing. Either she really like her job or she was having a very good day. I left the store a happy customer!

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE FITTING ROOMS!!! - MAJOR PRIVACY CONCERN !!…read more I'm posting this to bring awareness to a major privacy concern at this store. The moment I walked into the fitting room area, I immediately spotted a high mounted security camera that was facing directly toward the fitting rooms. The camera was placed so high up that it could easily see over the top of the dressing rooms making it possible to record people while they're changing. Let me be clear: if you can see the camera from inside the fitting room, the camera can absolutely see you too. I felt completely exposed and instantly uncomfortable. I had to ask the store owner to move me to a room that wasn't directly in view of the camera. When I brought it up, the owner told me the cameras "cut off" at the fitting room doors but based on the camera angle and placement, it's extremely hard to believe that. Whether intentional or not, there is zero sense of privacy here. Just knowing the camera was aimed in that direction made me feel violated. Please be aware and protect your privacy. You should never have to worry about being on camera while half naked in a fitting room. I strongly urge management to reevaluate the placement of their cameras, because customer comfort and safety should always come first. The BBB WILL BE CONTACTED and so will consumers affairs because there should be NO CAMERAS FACED DIRECTLY INTO THE AREA YOUR CHANGING IN!
