The day of, she and her coworker showed up right on time. They set up withing a few mins, and got things underway. Both therapists were attentive to individual needs, periodically checking in to ensure proper pressure, etc. My sister-in-law and I had Gabriella, and I can honestly say, this was one of the best massages either of us had ever gotten.
